We had a wonderful experience with Jamie Gioia at the Lakeway store. My husband and I had just started our search for our perfect mattress (after doing online and Consumer Reports research). We'd visited another retailer and planned to NOT decide on our very first day. However, Jamie spent time, with no sales pressure, and helped us choose one we love, so we took the leap! He was knowledgeable, kind and beyond helpful. We highly recommend Factory Mattress. Great inventory! And, best of all, I woke up this morning with no low back pain for the first time in ages.
