What a terrible experience I just had at this CVS pharmacy. Now, after reading the other reviews, I can see why they are so rude. They used to be friendly and caring but now I guess they are overworked and underpaid. I will be changing my prescriptions to another location due to the way I was treated today. Do not ask for an interpretation of why you are waiting on a medication, because all they will do is tell you, you have to wait and close the window and tell you goodbye.

Tanya, a pharmacist was very rude to all customers upon arrival while waiting in line. Once helped, she treated me with the most inhumane awful disrespect I have ever experienced going to this pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy for a long time and have always been treated so kindly. This woman obviously has some issues of her own I hope she handles so that she learns to treat other humans with compassion. She made me cry upon asking her questions. She also made statements such as "UGH WHAT DO YOU WANT?!!!" and "you seem very sensitive" when I told and was picking up for my dying dog and didnt appreciate her rude attitude not only towards me, but other customers. other employees apologized to me and told me that they avoid her and that it was normal for her to treat people this way. I have never filed an HR complaint ever before but this woman was so awful and inhumane. I hope she gets the love and attention she needs to be kinder to others.

Great store! The staff is so helpful and very friendly. The store is clean and bright. After moving to Lakeway in 2021, we tried out several pharmacies -- this one is bright and clean and has the most helpful staff. The location is perfect for us when we're running errands -- both coming and going. I've tried several CVS stores in Arizona and the Austin area and this one in Lakeway is the best!

The team of pharmacists and techs are AWESOME! Bravo to Tanya who met with me for a consultation about my concerns. I transferred my business on the spot!So many excellent customer service traits, especially when one is sick and needs attention right away. I am so glad I transferred from across the street.

Horrible customer service. Tried resolving my issue thru the 800 number - even worse experience. And, the extra care discount is a joke I used too be a fan of CVS. NO LONGER!

Scheduled a flu shot for 1245. Arrived 1240 and checked in. Many people waiting. Then while we were still waiting everyone left for lunch at 130. We now have to wait until 2pm.

When I say great customer service, I mean the people that work there! They are ready and willing to help. ?. The manager, Kerri, is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. She is whipping up the store with greatness! ?????? Shout out to all the staff in the front and the pharmacy ☺️☺️ . Greatness achieved ?? ??

Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I was returning an item ordered online. The manager said they didn’t carry the item so she couldn’t take it. I showed her online it said they had it in stock and I could have picked it up at the store. She said online ordering was different and they didn’t know what they were doing. Then she tried to get me to take a store credit . Bottom line was she couldn’t see the bar code numbers ! After she enlarged the numbers and me refusing to take a credit, I got the refund . I believe her name was Lucia? The very worst at customer service. Makes up reasons not to do a return!

I do not recommend this Minute clinic as they don't fallow the appointment schedule. They are also don't clean anything. Also it way too expensive if u don't have healthcare.

The pharmacy staff at this CVS location are friendly and competent. However, they have adopted some bad lazy habits and closed the pharmacy several minutes before the actual posted closing time. I showed up five minutes before the 7pm closing time and they had already closed the drive-through window, and I was unable to pick up my prepaid prescription, which would’ve taken them no more than 60 seconds to give it to me. Difficult for me to praise lazy staff. CVS should engage in training their employees about customer service because they seem to not understand that CVS customers pay their salary. Sad.

BUSINESS HOURS BEWARE - they close at 9pm and not midnight. It was a bit disappointing seeing that they posted a pharmacy hrs update on here but can't update their main store hrs.

Great pharmacy that has helped us late at night quite a few times with our kids. They are always super busy but were willing to go the extra mile to get my 2 year old the medicine he needed in a few minutes. Thank you so much.

Pharmacy worker (one in particular) is awful. Her name is (the highest symbol in a deck of cards)... miserable unhappy worker and she takes it out on customers. It's an unprofessional atmosphere ... Tanya is great! The Pharmacist was lovely but this morning an altercation occurred and he backed this rude worker. I like the convenience because l live in The Hills ... but l think that l will try elsewhere.
