Despite not mentioning the stylist's name previously, it has come to my attention that there may have been dishonest practices at play, by their salon to bully my review. It appears that there could have been collusion among their closest friends to manipulate reviews. I have taken action by reaching out to Yelp regarding this issue for personal attack, on an honest review. I want to clarify that the image attached shows the condition of my hair ( done by Fox & Fawn salon ) before I went to another salon to get it fixed. This was done by the person the guy mentioned in his review.. Says a lot about this salon. Hides their mistakes and gets away with it. Such a shame!!

I love this salon! I've been coming here since 2021. I've had great experiences with all hair stylists. Holly is now my full-time hairstylist. Holly is amazing,she has a kind soul & so easy to talk to and communicate with. I leave happy & with amazing shiny hair every time. Thank you!

I've been coming here for about two years and have always had a good experience. Whitney is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She is so attentive to detail - amazing with color! I've also been getting extensions since becoming a client, and they always look incredible. I'm in love every time I leave.

I made an appt for my daughter via text and that seemed easy enough. The day of the appt they did not answer the phone or text messages and I called the salon at 11:30, 1:15, 1:21 all before her 2 pm appt. We got there 2 min before 2 pm. We were not greeted and sat down in the waiting area while a stylist was with a client adjacent to the waiting area. She could see us waiting and did not bother to say she would be right with us until we were there for 8 minutes which was 6 minutes after the appt was supposed to start. The stylist that ignored us was actually who my daughter had an appt with so I'm glad I didn't say anything at the time. Will we be back? NO. It's not hard to greet a client that is waiting.

When I was searching for a stylist who was a \\\"master\\\" stylist in thick and curly hair, Lisa was recommended by a friend. I have been seeing her now for two or three years and every cut, every new style with which she gently challenges me, have been \\\"spot on\\\" and easy for me to adapt and style myself. I recommend her to others who do not necessarily have the \\\"thick and curly\\\" problems, just looking for a great stylist! Everyone is so satisfied with her cuts and styling! I get compliments from friends and even strangers who notice my hair! She is the best!

I have been going to Jenny Awada for years to get my pedicures & manicures. The reason? Because I know my treatments will be done in a safe and clean environment and I will get pampered attention. She is never rough or has ever hurt me & I can't say the same of other salons I have visited in the past. I would follow her anywhere because I know she will keep my hands & feet looking great! It took me 2 1/2 years to find the right hair stylist for me in Lakeway. I finally find Glen- he is the best!!! He understood my needs, executed my cut and color to perfection, and provided the best interpersonal experience too! Love this place and cannot wait to go back!! I don't think I've ever said that about a salon!

I've been getting my brows done by Robyn for 5+ years now and she's absolutely amazing at what she does! I even moved out of state for a period of time and waited months to have my brows done until I was able to get back and see her again. I don't trust anyone else! Robyn makes you feel like you're talking to a friend and I would highly recommend you see her for any of your waxing needs!

Whitney is a very talented artist. She takes pride in what she does. She has been the best hair stylist I've ever had. She listens to what you want and always exceeds my expectations!! She is an expert at color, balayage and extensions as well. Her salon is always beautiful and clean. Highly recommended!!!

I love this place, and specifically love Robyn. I have been going to Robyn for over 6 years for all my waxing needs and when my daughter was old enough- I had her working with Robyn as well. She is a pro at her craft and makes sure that you are comfortable the whole time. Literally the best waxing experience I have ever had. This salon is beautiful, the location is super easy to get too and over all super clean. Oh and the pricing is amazing for the area! Super affordable to be able to keep up your waxing every month. Definitely schedule an appt when you can :).

My wife decided to try this place because we had just moved to Lakeway and it was close to our house. It is a horrible salon, staff was rude and unwelcoming, charged far too much and did not do a good job. Would not recommend.

Fox and Fawn is my new favorite! The inside is so clean and bright! So refreshing to just be around! Whitney is so sweet and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and gave me the recommendations that were most suited to my hair type. She made me feel welcome and comfortable! The best!!

Very nice salon. Super clean and comfortable and good compliance with Covid rules. Vanessa, my stylist, has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. She's super talented with color, cut and styling. I love that she's working out of Fox and Fawn now. Have recommended Vanessa and the salon to several friends and they seem very happy too.
