Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and very knowledgable. They set realistic expectations, however they exceeded them! The mechanics went as far to show me why I needed certain part replacements, not just telling me. Setting an appointment was extremely easy. The communication between the staff and I was excellent. The waiting room was so clean and comfortable, with plenty of snacks. The best part is the complete presence of God; from the worship music playing, to the kindness of every employee, even a Bible on the coffee table. It helped me feel assured they ran an honest and honorable company with high integrity and reasonable prices. Will continue to use Christian Brothers for all our car repairs!

Used for state inspection, was in and out right on schedule. Offered water and soft drinks while I waited but only took 5-10 minutes.

I went to get a car inspection around 4:20 and the inspector guy luckily was available and they did it in less than a blinking. I wait in the office with a nice cool AC and the lady at the front desk offered me soda or water. I’ve had a rough and sad week and probably this was the only good thing that happened to me in this week.

5 Stars plus for Christian Brothers Automotive, 1811 RR 620 North, Lakeway. Finding a decent, honest auto repair shop that does their job well and charges fair prices has been very stressful. Our cars have a long history of unexpected “new costly problems” when taking them in for auto maintenance or repair work, and also having routine maintenance work missed. Christian Brothers Automotive was highly recommended to me by a friend working in the auto insurance field, stating they were consistently the best in the business. My daughter made an appointment online for the next day for me, but shortly afterwards received a friendly call apologizing, stating they were working on their online website since it was overbooking appointments. They rescheduled an appointment for a couple days later. When I arrived, there was a sign outside welcoming me, and inside I was immediately checked in and offered refreshments in their very comfortable waiting room. I came in for an oil change, but also received a complimentary full inspection that caught some previously missed safety maintenance work (the timing belt) by a different auto shop.
The store Director, Brian Spillers, provided a detail explanation of the inspection results and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I knew he was someone I could trust. In fact, the whole place creates an atmosphere as if you are a valued family member. I received a friendly complimentary ride home and back. The work was completed the same day and the bill was less than I expected. When I drove away in my complementary washed car, I felt safe in my car. It drove smoothly, still does months later, and with no “new problems”!

I’ve been visiting this shop with multiple vehicles for a long time, except for a brief period when there were different management and techs, but have been here numerous times with the current staff. They do an awesome job and are honest! Tell your family and friends, they will not disappoint!

I took my car here for the state inspection and it’s great! Jenny was super helpful and kind, and the lobby is so nice, clean, and comfortable. They were done in less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely consider for future car repairs! Highly recommend!

Christian Bros Automotive is what I refer to as a consumate, professional business. I made a easy appt and was greated by friendly and knowledgeable staff from Brandon to the rest of the staff I spoke too. Service performed on time, right price and superb quality. I will be back in the future!

First time customer new to the area 2017 BMW X5 hybrid 60k + miles. Had a driver side mirror motor that needed replacing. However during inspection they found my shocks were leaking. Had full inspection at dealer two weeks prior and they failed to find the leaks. Thus I had Christian Bros. Do all the repairs. BMW’s have expensive parts and the price was still competitive with the dealer. Yet shorter drive, fast turnaround, and they have complimentary shuttle or vehicle delivery. I will be taking all our cars there from now on. Very happy with the service and repair…BTW 3 yr warranty on all repairs is huge too.

Hey everyone! I just had to jump on here and share my amazing experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeway! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.
I stopped by for a simple oil change, but what I discovered was a service that goes above and beyond. One thing I absolutely loved was their shuttle service! Instead of being stuck waiting around, they offered me a ride home, freeing up my day for me & my two little ones ! ? And to top it off, my car was brought back to me at my driveway, talk about convenience! They also are able to pick up your vehicle for you if you call ahead & bring it back to you when they’re finished .
Honestly, these guys are really raising the bar. If you're in the Lakeway area and in need of reliable automotive care, do yourself a favor and check them out! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
