When at the pickup window in the drive through, the hygiene seemed not up to par and they were disorganized with the orders. An employee opened my Coke and stuck his face in it to sniff check before giving it to me. Gross.

Stop by today to get some chicken and the open sign was off the dining room lights were off and there was nobody visible any place in the store. So I drove around and went over to Sonic and got chicken strips while sitting at Sonic I noticed somebody in the Drive-Thru getting food. It was 9:00 p.m. one hour before posted close time. Apparently the night shift doesn't feel like working so they just shut the lights off

Delicious fried chicken with gravy and a biscuit. Chicken is great. Drive thru employee's are very nice and helpful.I highly recommend. I found my GO TO FRIED CHICKEN SPOT,in Lakeway.

This is the first Chicken Express I’ve eaten at before. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant now! I get the green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, either fried chicken or fish (which comes with an amazing tartar sauce that has little pieces of dill pickles), and their unsweetened ice tea. Even though it’s fried, I never “feel” it after: heartburn, too full, etc. Somehow I finish my meal feeling healthy and good! If you’ve never given Chicken Express a try, then you are missing out!

Chicken was barely warm Okra was very greasy Very poor quality of food Also last time we came here food was great also we was able to get 4pcs and now they don't have four pcs for a three pcs chicken one side and a drink was almost $14. Pulse add a pcs chicken was extra $1:30 well next time it will be Cane's chicken

Posted hours are incorrect. Really annoying to search online to find out hours and then find out when you get there, they closed over an hour early.
