PNC corporate told me to go to local Lakeway Bank to get a form and it would take 10 minutes. I walked out without the form and was told I would be contacted as to when I could pick it up. I did not get the follow up call. Typical big bank poor service.

They never answer the phone. And charge ridiculous fees.

The branch manager Michelle solved my issue quickly within 15 minutes of coming into the branch. I had issues getting help from the main corporate number on a large account balance. Very happy with her service.
