I had an outstanding Experience purchasing a boat at NXTLVL Marine in Lakeway. I am a business owner so I’m in tune to how businesses treat their customers. I was looking for a used surf boat and stopped in at the Lakeway branch. Erik greeted me and we looked at some used boats on the property as well as online. It became obvious that purchasing a new boat was going to be a better value in my mind. He actually didn't show me the highest priced boats to start out but he did point out what is not included if I chose a lower level boat so I knew the difference between the ATX and a Tige. We found a great 21 ft Tige that I liked and Erik emailed me the price of the boat and all of the information. I went home and spoke to my wife. He followed up the following Tuesday as they were off for two days and asked me what I thought a fair price was for the boat. I gave him the price and he was able to make the deal happen. NEVER did I feel pressured. It was an incredible experience. Because our property is on LBJ, he drove the boat out and put it in the lake and then showed me how to operate the boat.
Everything Eric said, and did was honest and trustworthy, which is extremely rare in this world and especially in sales. After the sale, Erik followed up on the same day just to make sure we were doing OK with the new boat (on a Saturday), and not having any problems. He then followed up the following week. I can just tell you that NXTLVL was nothing short of incredible and I would highly recommend Erik and NXTLVL if you’re looking to buy a boat and have an enjoyable experience.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this boat repair shop. I have owned a boat for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my boat off to have 2 issues addressed.
When I finally went to pick it up, I was informed that they only fixed one of the two issues because they did not have the part in stock! You had my boat for almost 2 months how was the part not ordered? Jonathan the service rep advised I would need to bring the boat back to have them fix the second issue.
The lack of communication throughout this whole ordeal was appalling. I had to constantly chase them for updates, only to be met with vague responses and excuses. It's unacceptable to keep a customer waiting for so long, only to deliver such disappointing news at the last minute.
Overall, I would strongly advise against using this repair shop. Their inefficiency, poor communication, and lack of professionalism have left me deeply dissatisfied.

I have friends that have had great experiences buying boats here they have had great service after the sale. I have a boat. I did not buy it from NXTLVL, but I buy products from the store inside the dealership. They have everything you need, and they treat everyone like they bought their boat from them. Prices are competitive, so I know I don't have to go into Austin to save a buck. Special thanks to Dawson for attention to detail.

Jonathon was very helpful! I was in a pinch during a boat repair and he helped me find the right parts to get my repair done. He was able to coordinate with the repair techs to also help recommend a better alternative to a part I was going to install. Thanks for the help!
