Shelbie White is incredible. We were not prepared to buy a home but had an unexpected opportunity come up. She worked all weekend to help us out and we closed on time despite some bumps in the road. We didn't have a real estate agent, but Shelbie helped us out so much as first-time buyers who didn't know what we were doing. Her communication was excellent, she's incredibly kind, and she's a great advocate. I got prequalified for a loan through a bank 2 years ago and the experience with them vs. Shelbie was night and day. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Lance and Michele were both AMAZING to work with. They were in contact with me the entirety of the loan process. They made sure they met all of my financial goals. They also contacted my builder to help expedite the process of new construction home which also alleviated any headaches on my end.
