Wanted to give a huge shout out of gratitude to Erin at the convenience store (Shell?) At PR 37 & 1283 last night. My dad & I were out cruising in our 56 Chevy wagon when it overheated. It was somewhere between 9-10 & the Valero we rolled into was closed & the water machine wasn't working. Told my dear old Dad to stay with the car & I'd get us water & a drink. Erin's store was out of gallon water (we were going to pour it outside of radiator to help cool it down) but she came up with a quick easy way for this outta shape overweight 50 year old to hoof it back to the hot car with required cooling fluids for all.Erin, I can't thank you enough for helping me find the best & cheapest solution to my problem. She said she was "just an assistant manager" but she'll always be more than that to me! Hope you're doing well, Erin!!!

Horrible. If you use Shell rewards, be careful, the cashiers and even manager, steal your rewards. They cancel the transaction before you pay and put their number in. I figured it out when my points wouldn't show up on my account in the phone app, and so I started asking for my receipt, and I was right, they are thieves. So I don't go to this store anymore. I can't stand sneaks and thieves. Can you imagine how many people they steal from that are unaware? A person can't even get rewards anymore at certain stores

The cash register girl named Regina at nights is a horrible person. I've been in on 3 different occasions before purchasing my items...and she's either arguing, completely denying purchases, or always making customers wait while she's on the phone. She also gossips about customers whenever they just had left in front of other customers. If you go in at night be careful

Don't accept rolled coins!? It's money....teaching our little boy to save up and count coins for vacation. We go in to pay for fuel and they say they can't accept it...since when does a business not accept money especially when it has already been rolled for you? It wasn't even alot....plus sometimes the rewards thing with the pump says loyalty not available. So I guess they pick and choose when they will let you use your rewards card/number. Ridiculous....
