I am not sure what other people are talking about in their complaints. This location is hands down the best Walgreens I've used in a long time. They're very professional and get the job done. Now they want kiss your behind and treat you like you're royalty. However, those days of the so called customer is always right are over.

Nevermind....came in for hair color and saw the clearance perfumes but the associates had their earbuds in and couldn't get assistance...sorry not going to yell to get help!

The new girl has to go. I can always tell when she is working because everything moves painfully slow. She looks at you and then you give her your name. Like you do with 99 % of the staff. This girl then doesn't use that info. She then asks more. questions . 7/01 1100 pm. Yes , I knew she was working.

Not 24 hours. They now close at 11. The new hours are not posted but they have put up a black screen that blocks you from seeing inside. They hardly have your meds ready, maybe these new hours will stop the procrastination.

Poor customer service in their pharmacy department. First they said they accepted the insurance, so I transferred the prescription so they could fill it. Then , 3 days later I go by and they say they don’t accept the insurance. So, the prescription was not filled since I couldn’t pay cash for it and no one called me to let me know. I spoke with them 2 times on the phone and they never mentioned they didn’t take my insurance. Just terrible customer service!!!!!

Scheduled a pcr test online. They never reached out to me to tell me they don’t have any in stock and they offered to do a rapid test on me. I have rapid tests at home, but would I waste my gas to come take one in the store? Ridiculous that if you can’t offer what is scheduled, the least you could do is reach out to your customer before they drive to your store.

Must admit coming into this store and realizing how fast this store went down hill is really eye opening. Coming back and forth up here over a week for one prescription is pretty daunting. Then being told the prescription is there but they can't fill it even though JUST YESTERDAY they said come back tomorrow. Sigh. This place needs to be revamped. Relooked at. Something. Shame on what this store is.

Miracle, the employee, has been very helpful, everytime I go. Tonight I went in, quarters and all she still made me feel happy and uplifted my night. I enjoy seeing her everytime I go. She also spent one night helping my son pick out perfume, even with all the tasks she had to complete she still helped him find the exact one he wanted. Walgreens needs more employees like her. Ide choose Walgreens over cvs everytime, because of her. Thanks Miracle. You are appreciated.

ZERO STARS THIS PLACE IS A JOKE..... the guy at the register literally had to USE A CALCULATOR TO FIGURE OJT THE CHANGE DUE FROM A TOTAL OF 63.98$ WHEN GIVEN 64.00$$$ Not to mention several other issues we had while we were at the store.

This Walgreens has gone downhill recently. 1) The pharmacy used to be pretty seamless. Filling my refills, automatically. They would deal with my insurance, and everything generally went smooth. The older lady at the front desk would always greet me and was pleasant. Now the pharmacy is a mess, no one is on the same page. Too many mishaps to carry on about. 2) Their merchandise is so overpriced, unless it's on clearance. 3) Their system is always running slow, or crashed completely. But the singular incident that pushed me off the edge was a girl I'd never saw before at the front register. 4) Did not smile, was intentionally RUDE and dismissive. because I overlooked the small print and decided to return the one item. She presented me with a mean, spiteful BAD attitude, as if I ruined her whole day. Young employees , get over yourself and learn customer Service skills. Empathy, friendlyness, and make customers feel welcome.

Pharmacist: Very unprofessional. The pharmacist assistant told her I needed her help while the pharmacist was at a corner on a personal phone call; she continued on the phone, then walked by the counter and continued on her call. I stood there a little longer (I was the only customer waiting) and it was obvious she was ignoring me, so I walked away. I had a question about a medication. I would have not given this review, except this is the second time she acts unprofessional with me. The first time she acted indifferent when I asked about a COVID and flu shot. She was very rude, short and communicated through the assistant instead of answering directly to me...we were within a couple of feet from each other. I don't know the pharmacist name, but she is a black, female.

Very poor customer service. Leaves people on hold for long periods of time. I do not recommend using this location.

Thank God they are open 24/7. And I found the pharmacist to be extremely helpful. I had just been diagnosed with Covid and while she didn't have the Covid meds, she found a Walgreens that did. She gave me their phone number and address. She was there in my time of need. Thank you!
