If i could give zero stars i would based on how i was just treated. A month ago i bought my son some long sleeve shirts and with no intention of returning them, i tossed the receipt not knowing that the cashier failed to take the security tag off! I spent over $150 that day might i add. I took the shirts, my bank statement showing i made the purchase and had my card that i used. Instead of helping me or having any form of customer service, they basically accused me of theft even though loss prevention saw me walk in with the bag in hand and i had proof of purchase! After making some noise the “manager” agreed to at least try to look up my card using the barcode. They tried to return it, system said past 30 days (obviously) and then they claimed i had the wrong card and continued to accuse me of theft. They clearly have no idea how to work their system and do not train accordingly. Luckily their neighboring stores are aware of how bad they and were kind enough to remove the security tag for me. Do better. Will not be giving this store my business going forward.

They do have great deals! But only one cashier working and a long line while other 4-5 workers watch and don't help. The security guy should know how to work the register just im case. He doesn't do much anyway. He just says "welcome to Ross". ?

This is the worst run Ross I have ever been to. A line full of people and it’s only 6pm on a Wednesday and they take it down to one register. The manager on duty has no clue and there is ZERO CUSTOMER service in this location. The youngsters behind the counter are being bossed around. Unbelievable!! This is the first review I have done. That’s how bad it was. I don’t do these because my name is not Karen but I had to say something!

The customer service is the worse, I asked a question and rep asked the manager who was near me but the both decided not to response. The line is long and the rep and manager and collecting hangers. Zero star rating

Loveeeeeee this Ross. Love Ross in general but this was the first time I actually saw one not in shambles during Christmas time!!! Very nice. Clean. Definitely will be back the prices for their items are ridiculously cheap!!! Got this designer dress for my brothers wedding.

I quickly found the 2 small items I was after but I was there far longer than expected. The line was terrible. There were 3 people behind the service counter plus 1 security person but only 1 checkout person. I must have been in line at least half an hour, husband was frustrated watching the additional people do anything except help get people checked out. There were easily 30 peple behind us. The line could have easily been knocked down with another checker. People walked out in frustration. The one wandering about the front areas of the store was hollering about removing hangers in a tone like child has been grounded. They werent concerned about the security alart on an item that was going off on an item towards the pillows and linens area and we were forced to endure for at least 20-25 minutes. Never saw anyone check on the alarm. The person floating around was more concerned with gathering up the bins of tags taken off items and hanging up clothes avoiding eye contact with the group of line people calculating how much longer we are in line because we arent the priority. I'm frequently at this location but I'm becoming less fond of it over the past few weeks and my 4-5 visits. Ive visited other locations with a better customer service experience.

I have gone here a few times, they have a decent selection. Most of the staff is pretty nice typically. (They are the reason I am giving this stars at all.)However, due to their system freezing I was charged twice. When I called the following day to get this rectified, the manager Susan was not helpful and hung up on me. Whoever Susan is, she was not very professional.

Always love going to Ross. Great prices, you can usually find what you are looking for. Service isn't normally that great, but this day I had a wonderful lady.
