The store has good stuff but it runs out quick, the only ISSUE THERE IS...Is that the line has about 45 people waiting in line and only 1 person checking people out, until the line went down to about 24 people than other workers came and assisted the poor cashier. So 41 min in line was a bit much. Other than that the place is clean and the security lady greeted us. And they have a good selection!

I had purchased a gift for my son for Father's/ Uncle's Day (because he's not a father) and mailed it off to him the week of Father's Day, but it was never delivered to him. 2 months later, it was returned to me. So, before I resent the package again, I opened it and found that one of the items was damaged. It was very upsetting to me because first, it took the postal service 2 months to find my package. After I put in a claims report on it, I received a response to tell me that they denied my claim because the package was returned. Then I found that my item was damaged, and that was very hurtful.
So I went to see if I could find the item again and I was getting very disappointed because I had gone to 4 different Ross's and couldn't find it. A little hurt because I really wanted to give my son a little of his childhood reminder back. So feeling a little defeated, I decided to go to one final Ross, and I found it. I was totally shocked and elated at the same time. I purchased, packaged, and shipped it to my son the next day. When he received it, he was astatic. He had a piece of his childhood history.
I love shopping at Ross because if I can't find what I'm looking for at one location, I can still it at another one.

Went here looking for some outfits for vacation. Great prices on some cute outfits. Went to check out, and the line was long. The lady at register announced that everyone in line was to remove hangers from clothes before getting up to counter. I was confused as I did not apply for a job at the store. So I went to the counter as I do at any department store with clothes still on hangers. The employee had an attitude with me and began shoving all my clothes into the smallest bag she had, causing the bag to rip on the side. I stand there waiting to see if she is going to change out bag or get a new bag for remaining items. Nope, she shoved everything into the 1 bag. I mentioned to her that there was a sign stating that if I signed up for a card, it states I could get (% off) my purchase. As an employee, she should have told me about it, but whatever, she said yes, but I'd had to go online and apply and that the (% off) would be on my purchase. I totally disagreed with her but said nothing. When I finished paying my nearly $300 bill, I stepped aside, out of the way of other paying customers. I began removing everything from the ripped bag. The manager came over and asked if I needed assistance, I politely said I had all my items placed into the smallest bag, and it has ripped. Would she provide me with a large bag? She looked at the employee, then back at me and said yes, of course. I did not make a scene in store or complain, but this review is my opinion of the customer service at this location. Unfortunately, I did not get the young woman's name. I did go back a few weeks later, and the same employee checked me, and her attitude was a little better. However, she still did offer me the credit card option.

If i could give zero stars i would based on how i was just treated. A month ago i bought my son some long sleeve shirts and with no intention of returning them, i tossed the receipt not knowing that the cashier failed to take the security tag off! I spent over $150 that day might i add. I took the shirts, my bank statement showing i made the purchase and had my card that i used. Instead of helping me or having any form of customer service, they basically accused me of theft even though loss prevention saw me walk in with the bag in hand and i had proof of purchase! After making some noise the “manager” agreed to at least try to look up my card using the barcode. They tried to return it, system said past 30 days (obviously) and then they claimed i had the wrong card and continued to accuse me of theft. They clearly have no idea how to work their system and do not train accordingly. Luckily their neighboring stores are aware of how bad they and were kind enough to remove the security tag for me. Do better. Will not be giving this store my business going forward.

They do have great deals! But only one cashier working and a long line while other 4-5 workers watch and don't help. The security guy should know how to work the register just im case. He doesn't do much anyway. He just says "welcome to Ross". ?
