Just went in to get a cabin air filter. Went up to the counter while two employees were talking. Waited for a second before on of the men named Nathan looked highly annoyed. I knew exactly what part I needed he proceeded to look up the part to make sure they had it in stock and then looked even more annoyed that he had to go and get it from the back when it wasn’t on their shelves. Then proceeded to tell me here is your receipt in case you didn’t get the right part with attitude. While the other male customers were treated with respect I wasn’t. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I am illiterate on cars. Please do better!

Great service. I was heartbroken that my veterans discount didn't cover anything but parts. That's the main reason I shopped here. I pass other auto parts to come here before finding this out. I'll be shopping closer to home now.

Very helpful staff, I needed a passenger side mirror and they had one at a really great price and I was able to get back on the road and pull my trailer again with ease. I was really surprised they even had it for my old 2007 Ford.

I stopped by O’Reilly’s to get new windshield wipers the other day as mine were literally falling apart and it was about to storm. I believe the gentleman who helped me was the Assistant Manager, William. He was kind, patient and when I asked if he could help me put them on, he did so without hesitation. It’s a breath of fresh air to see hard workers with great customer service.

Ned and Jerry were two of the most helpful and funny employees I’ve met at any O’Reileys. My girlfriend’s tie rod snapped so we were stranded in the WalMart parking lot. Luckily, this location was right across the street. After getting an amazing, affordable mobile mechanic, we found out what part we needed and thankfully they had it. Ned and Jerry helped us find the right part we needed as well as getting us the right tool to rent for the job. They explained the process clearly and kept things fun and lighthearted. We returned the tool after a successful job and they were so kind and we had a great conversation. The even complimented us for being such great customers, it made our night! Highly recommend coming to this location, it’s got some real cool dudes.
