Came here to return an item. It's clearly not a true UPS ACCESS POINT center as they advertise it is. They don't even have a printer to print anything related to like they advertise to do so. Please go somewhere else like staples. Anywhere but this location.

I brought my framing project to Michaels for custom framing. I was more than happy with the customer service and the quality I received on my visit. Another happy customer, definitely recommend their framing services.

Bought order online. Needed to return. Brought in store and then was chastised by the manager because " I shouldn't even be doing this, I'll return it this time but online orders get returned through them. Oh really CHRIS. That's not what the website says. His reply.. I won't do it next time" I said then I will make a complaint because directions per your site is "able to return to store"! He said "go ahead " okay CHRIS !!!

My husband and I were kindly greeted when we walked in. We came to look at Christmas decorations, and there were plenty to see. The store was nice and clean, and is a decent size. I always enjoy coming in and shopping around this store.

Huge Michael's with lots of selection. I came in specifically looking for a beautiful frame and some stands. The options were unlimited and they had a bunch of sizes available. The frames were on the pricer side but they were really nice and the 20% coupon always helps! Check out was quick too, thanks Susan!

I was a little upset because they're having a sale on the canvases they say and I get the ones they say or on sale I go down this aisle and there they are regular prize that I'm paying the supposedly on sale so I'm a little upset with them not Aaron's but I am at Michael's somehow that comes across to me as in that false advertising

The workers at This Michaels location are the best! Experienced, knowledgeable kind and friendly . If one does not know the answer they ask the others. I shop there so often that I am treated by my name when I walk in.

What kind of craft store doesn't have ZIPPERS?! Staff was rude and aloof about it too. Went to purchase the items I needed that they did have and stood in line WAY too long with ONE extremely slow clerk working. UGHHHH

Lake worth is such a great area, and this is a fantastic piece of the landscape! They have everything you need for a class project, or business presentation! It's clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful! 5 stars!

Recently moved into the area and was sad to learn that there was not a Michaels. When I was out driving today I discovered that this one was brand new and had just opened. Being a new store it is magnificent. Clean and well-stocked with courteous employees. They had a great coupon on their app so don't forget to look there if what you want is not on sale. I'm sure I will be back time and time again I am so excited to have a Michaels in my area now.
