He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. See, my parents owned the 1st Video Store here in Saginaw & Decatur back in the 80’s & so they fully believed in Helping Thy Neighbor rather it be in the Business World or your neighborhood! I happened to go into Saginaw Furniture Store about 6 or 7 months ago when I was going through one of the worst times of my life & I met Stephen Ferreira & no clue he was the owner & I didn’t find what I was looking for so I went back a couple weeks ago & as soon as I walked in he said hi to me by my name & welcomed me back & I was blown away that he remembered who I was & that’s just 1 thing that sets “Home Town Stores” aside from all the rest & I’ve been in Customer Service/Sales my entire life and Trust Me That Means Something, Everything To People! Needless to say I purchased a Dining Room Set & the Delivery Service Was Also Top Rate! As I mentioned I’m Still Going Through A lot and forgive me for not remembering the 2 gentleman’s names but they were fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable and Kind! “We just left the mattress factory after purchasing a king sized flippable mattress from the owner. He let us try everything out and really consider our options and answered all of the questions that we had for at least 50 mins. There was no pressure and he’s a saint. “We went in for a new remote for our 2016 model bed. Browsing the store after it was determined that we needed to contact Sleep Number customer service my wife and I were asking questions about the newer model beds and advancements of newer model beds.
After some discussion with the salesman my wife and I agreed that we should upgrade our bed. Honestly I believe we were on the same wavelength walking into the store that we wanted to upgrade our bed.
I can only speak in the highest regard for all three of the sales people in the store, for all three answered different questions during our time in the store.”

“Just purchased a new mattress and excited to receive it next week. Memorial Day sale has begun. We bought the i8 version in king with split on upper half of the bed only. With smart tech, it's supposed to help regulate your temperature adjusting automatically. We're both looking forward to the custom settings, adjustable foot and head areas. I'll update this review once we've had time on the bed to give better opinion of sleep quality. Fabian was great to work with.”
