Made appointment. H&R changed it .said that they were going to send text never did. I called morning of appointment to confirm got there office closed. Called gave me a different location said that they would hold appointment .got there it was closed. Went to a third location closed. If H&R calls to change your appointment don't do it.spent all day trying to make an appointment that they changed

H&R Block did a great job with doing my taxes.It was easy and I didn't even have to wait long.My taxes are always done right. The office in North Fort Worth is great. Maria did my taxes and is great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ForI Maria Perez to handle my personal taxes. She is highly skilled at her job and Ms. Perez has always gone the extra mile to assist me as a client of H & R Block. The genuine honesty of this intelligent woman is a breath of fresh air. However, the location I filed at was N. Beach and Interstate 820 should be shut down due to inadequate and brainless staff. I lost absolutely everything because I was lied to. I paid $245.00 upfront to receive my Income Tax Return within "72 hours"; " 24 hours" I was told both. It's been 2 years & 10 months. ???
