I know for a fact dollar generals systems go down all the time. Obviously you haven’t seen the employees struggle to check people out on one register. Especially, when the one register is the self-check out and it only takes card.Another thought is they lock the doors at a certain time for their safety. Does anyone not remember the cvs or Walgreens getting robbed not to far down the street. Also if you’ve been to this store multiple times at the times you say you have then you would realize that they lock a certain door. There are still thieves around it makes sense to lock the furthest door rather than the closest so they can have a chance to prevent any thieves @Jenny philips @philP.s Your hand writing may not be so good either phil

Decemer 11 at 8 35 pm Staff is Closing thirty minutes early? This location is going down hill. Upper Managment should be aware! Sign said systems are down, I doubt that.Three more cars just pulled up and walked to the door as I type this. I'm giving this a 1 star because after probably the last ten times I come to the store within 15-30 minutes of closing time.. as i they closed the store all the time before its time. I've come as early as 30 minutes before closing and they have the doors locked sometimes they lock the indoor and they leave the exit open so you can get in the store that way and they don't say anything to you but this time she saw me at the register and just walk to the back of the store and I have 15 minutes till you close I work nights and so I'm always going to be coming in at this time my bank summary last month alone showed 1,040 spent add to your store because I prefer your store over going and dealing with the hassle of the bigger stores. I've lived in this area since 2017 and honestly this is the one dollar general that time and time again was closed for something or just closed early customer service is usually fine it's just the fact that you guys do this all the time to us and I mean I just saw the fourth person since me have to go to your door and find it closed so you guys lost five customers just in a few minutes this person chose to close your doors early and lock us out each one of them looking at their watches or their phones for what time it was. I just thought you should know

I have been to this store so many times and the employees have the nicest customer service from the whole staff. Now the customers that go in there have been absolutely vile and are yelling and cussing at the employees there and just downright disrespectful to these poor employees just trying to work. Because they have policy that they cannot control. And for your comment SHELBY HAMPTON I was there when your kids were pouring the soap all of the floor didn't look 6 to me more like twelve . You were ask to pay for it and you called the cops on the employees she had to show the video to the cops so you are a liar. And if your getting criminal trespassing it Because they have video. And for all the others being asked to leave you are always on camera I don't think you all realize they are recording . But I guess because I pay for my item and have common courtesy I'm treated well you get what you put out. And yes I have had to wait because they are short staffed. And maybe the store wouldn't be a mess if they didn't have to deal with the crazy customers. People need to do better your no better than anyone else in this world . Your not entitled and the customers are not always right, especially these days.

This store has the rudest manager and most of the employees as well. I shop at this location often but this morning at 10:30 I stopped in to get something and was going to use self checkout because someone was in front of me in line with quiet a few items compared to my one. The self checkout clearly says cash or card only but the employee says it’s card only so this needs to be changed. So when I go to pay for my items, I only have cash at the time which they couldn’t provide change so I ended up going to a different store and paid almost double the price. I won’t be shopping this location anymore, due to the inconvenience, improper signage on machine, and rudeness of the employees.

The lady working never greeted me, she never assisted or asked if I needed help (when I clearly was looking for something), when going to ask her for assistance she was on personal call and motioned me away, and then checking out I did not receive my change (which wasn't alot), and she again never spoke to me. Although the store floor appeared clean, the shelves were unorganized and messy! I will just go to family dollar from now on.

They want to accuse a 6 year-old of vandalism and whenever the mom refuses to pay for the 1.85 $ soap that her daughter had accidentally spilled in the store, they criminally trespass all of them

Trash. They take your hoodies and purses and diaper bags for babies. One of them told me she had to take my bag that had my baby's prescription, a sterile breast pump and sterile milk, and put it on the nasty floor behind the counter. It so hot I couldn't leave it outside. It is against the law to take prescribed appliances from people who don't have access to another store close to home. I made my purchase fast so I would have the timestamp and manager name on the receipt for legal purposes.

Today is February 23 , 2023. There were 3 employees that refused to give me change back in 1- $10 bill and 2 - $5's Bill's . I had to literally buy a pack of mentos candy with the 20 dollar bill they gave me back instead of 5's , they were rude and acted like we did something wrong. All we asked was if we could have our change in 5's. I will NEVER EVER NEVER go back to this location. They made me feel like I was in there way like I was trash.
