Zero stars if possible.. This company does not like making business when you submit a claim when an incident is out of your control like in this case (Fire) took over vehicle obviously they have to do investigation and all. Is ok if they drop you because their is many more insurance out their but unbelievable after doing business with them for 3-4 yearly renewals and only took 1 claim. And they want to cancel me ok………….. now let’s see how will deal with the repair if not pay out time line.

Trash company for low life individuals! They don't even answer the phone to file a claim! I was hit by someone with this company already sick of the process will probably have to sue them!

after looking at these reviews, im honestly scared now, one of their clients hit my car today, WHILE PARKED! and seeing these reviews is making me feel like my car will never get fixed.
Update : its been about a month and the "investigation" is still ongoing, no news or estimates not even a dam rental provided to me
after so many calls to them and so many emails not once answer, i hate this insurance company
they suck at providing anything

Avoid like the plague. They quote one price and don't honor it. You try to upload documents and they say that you didn't. They tried charging me double the amount if the quote. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

To all Hispanic people, do not buy insurance with them, it is a fraudulent company, they charge you but when you have an accident they do not respond to you, avoid being victims of fraud by this company that all they do is steal your money, go somewhere else

After seeing these reviews I am switching. Since all the big insurance companies the last 2 years have raised full coverage in a 44yo cpl with clean driving records to $1200 a month on 3 cars with full coverage I switched trying to find an affordable price. I purchased through an insurance agent in Houston but after reading the reviews I can only cancel the policy and switch. My god 1 star review after another about them not handling or lying out in claims .
People need to just sue this company if they actually have a case and what they are saying is true in lots of the reviews I read. Even if it’s small claims court. In Texas I believe you can sue for up to $20,000 in small claims. It’s cheap to do and just make sure you present your evidence and don’t go into court with hearsay.

The worst Insurance company I’ve ever encountered. One of their clients hit my car. It was their client’s fault. I have a police report. When I filed a claim with my insurance company, my insurance company filed a claim through Alinsco Insurance because it was their client’s fault. After claim was filed through Alinsco, they (Alinsco) sent a letter to my home stating that they had been trying to reach out to me but they were unable to get a hold of me. In reality, they never called me. They lied. The letter stated that I should call them if they have not talked to me already by the time I receive the letter. Ever since I received the letter, I had been calling them for the past 2 months and they never answered my calls. Sent them multiple voicemail. They never called me back.

I don't know how can this type of bussiness exist and get away with charging people for insurance, people that buy this cheap insurance are going to have a big surprise when insurance denied to pay a claim and if someone that drives an expensive car can taka then to cort and file a civil law suit, be aware of this insurance because this cpany is as much as not having insurance. My name is Alejandro.( they don't pay their claims.) This insurance need to be regulated by some type law to continue to be in bussiness.
