The staff here is overwhelmingly incompetent, they sold me a hot spot but never activated it and when I tried to return it they were extremely rude and had the audacity to charge me restocking for something that never worked. This was a replacement for a Verizon hot spot I already had but instead of taking care of what I came in for, the incompetent salesman relentlessly tried to upsale me on something I didn't want and failed to do his job. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. This was at a time during a disaster and these people are absolutely shameful and disgusting. I will be checking to see if this qualifies as price gouging.

I'm currently sitting in the store. I've had multiple issues with my zfold3. My husband has spent the last 2 hours on the phone with multiple representatives, giving different information. No on is on the same page. Associates are walking past me l8ke I don't exist. Not even to ask what issues are occurring, cst service leaves a lot to be desired.

Been here twice..first time I waited to be seen for 15 mins no one acknowledged me or greeted. So left.
Second time was seen quickly..was charged 30$ to transfer my info to new phone..
Been to other stores who did it free...idk maybe diff in other states

Word of warning
Make sure you have them tell you if the insurance plan they're going to pedal on you actually covers your phone and then get them to confirm who is actually responsible when you need a repair or replacement. If you don't, they will expect you to play "Where's Waldo" to figure it out. Not a single person in this store or throughout the entire company is helpful in any way other than for their employer. Shady, double charging months and admin fees. No wonder they're under a class action lawsuit. You're better off going through Straight Talk and getting better service for way less.

Had a short wait but they were really helpful. They were out of stock on the phone we needed but helped get us lined out when going to the store closer to where we live.

I haven't owned a smart phone in over a decade. Josh was the sales associate who spent nearly 3 hours showing me Android and Apple phones; then, after I picked an Apple, helping me for a long time setting up my phone and demonstrating and selling me accessories. It's so sad that there's no written manuals or books to teach people like me but Josh was superb--professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Verizon has the worst network I can't get signal anywhere half the time my phone is slow or lags really bad when use my hotspot for my kids they can barely do anything without buffering not worth the money
