I love the cattery! I admittedly have foster failed 2 times now. But Skyler and everyone who works there are amazing. What they are doing for community is out of this world.

Love all the kitty cats, people are great here and the cats are fantastic. Never been a cat person, but the two we adopted changed my mind.

I found myself with 2 almost identical Grey and white brothers that hitched a ride when I moved, I didn't know what to name them until I got them collars, one red and one blue, red is an attention hog but sweet, blue is more timid and will hide but when he's ready for attention he'll let you know, and loves to nap in your lap and both love their bellies rubbed. They have been around 2 big dogs but they found a way to pick on both dogs. I had to put them up for adoption when work wasn't working, I hope they find good homes even if they aren't adopted together.

Adopted our 2 precious bonded 7 yr old senior cats here, Sunny and Lady. We couldn't be anymore happier. We're very much thankful for Sky's help and their assistance as it was our very 1st adoption. They're all really knowledgeable of each cat and their quirks, help you find the perfect match for you and they let you bond with the cat first to know if it's really the one. They even let us borrow their pet carriers as Sunny and Lady we're too big for the usual boxes ?

Skylar & the other staff that I met at The Mad Cattery were very welcoming, warm, & clearly love their animals! Adopted two kittens (from same litter) there. It is a relaxed setting to facilitate & allow potential adopters to get to know the cats & kittens.
I did have difficulty finding where it was located, as during the time I adopted, construction was going on in the street that The Mad Cattery is located & it’s large sign had been removed (for the Cattery) as required for the construction project, leaving only a small sign on the front door identifying it. If you know Lake Jackson, go to Center Way Street to Domino’s Pizza at the corner and take an immediate right to North Parking Place & it is right next to Jason Wadley’s Taekwondo on one side and on the other side of The Mad Cattery is Treasure Chest Collectables. Hopefully, the construction is a very temporary situation, so others can find this great place to adopt their next ‘best friend’.

The best place to find your furever feline companion or two! Skylar, the manager, is very knowledgeable about all things cats & kittens! Fun, colorful decor and a variety of felines. It's fun to just visit, even if you aren't adopting. Say hello to several free roaming shelter kitties, too! Highly recommend!

Friday we went came to The Mad Cattery to meet some tiny furbabies. We had hope that our Little Lovey could meet a kitty that she could love and grow with, one she could actually love on and play with. She and my hubby went in first, they met a few sweet kitties, but with the help of Jeanette, we landed on a kitty named Olivebeam! As my hubby finished up the adoption process with Sky, one of the ladies, I believe her name is Victoria, sat and hung out in the play center with our Little Lovey and Olivebeam. The moment we got Olivebeam, now lovingly called Stella (short for Stellaluna), in the truck, she snuggled up on our daughter's lap! The entire ride home she and our daughter were snuggled up! It's been 3 wonderful days and Stella is an absolute joy. She is an incredible kitty, we Literally cannot imagine life without her! My hubby and I are in complete awe of how she and our daughter have bonded and have this sweet little friendship. She's the Perfect kitty. She's playful, but she also turns into a little purr machine and will literally snuggle up to all of us! Anytime we're holding our littlest love, she likes to curl up on us and be right up on him too. I can honestly go on and on, we love her so much. If it wasn't for Jeanette we would have never had the opportunity to have Stella.Every single person who we encountered here was absolutely amazing. I mean truly. You can just feel the good vibes from these folks. The place is very clean and super cool! All the kitties look happy and healthy. Our little kitty was already fixed with her shots too. For $25 we have the most incredible furbaby. We are so grateful to have stopped by and walked in. (I see now it's appointment only which makes sense on why we were the only ones there at the time. We just walked in. Even though we totally broke the rules, so sorry, Mad Cattery staff, everyone went above and beyond and like I said, everyone had such good vibes!)End of the day, make an appointment, meet some furbabies and maybe grow your family by one, or two! We feel super blessed, like it was just meant to be.Thank you, Mad Cattery&specifically Jeanette! You guys are amazing and you're doing amazing work!??(Hopefully I have everyone's name right! Sorry if not!)
