In my experience, while the price and flexibility at Super Cuts are appealing, I've found the upcharge for a simple kids' trim, especially for long hair, to be a drawback. The additional $10 for long hair seems disproportionate for a quick 10-minute trim. Comparatively, other places offer a wash, cut, and style for children at a similar or even lower price point, making it challenging to justify the cost at Super Cuts. I recently had a dry trim of 1/4" for my long hair, which took less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged an extra $10 solely for the length. It's essential for the manager to consider more customer-friendly pricing practices to remain competitive in the market.

If there was an option for 0 I would put it. I believe the lady charged us double and added extra for length. It was ridiculous. We only asked for a trim and ended up paying 80$. Do not recommend and will not be going back.

Lady did not know how to cut my sons hair despite showing a picture. She threw indirect insults at me saying “I was expecting perfection” when I was not nor did I say that, but like anyone going in for a haircut we expect to get a good job done. My son’s hair is uneven and did not get what we asked for.Service: Kids' cuts
