That Tall man Jace is one the best salesmen I’ve ever known of. He presents and conducts himself as a professional at all times. He’s everything you want in a employee running a company. I believe that man has a very successful career in whatever he decides to do. I brought my whole family and there’s alot of us to buy our shoes from him. I believe he’s the #1 salesman in the whole mall. Give that man a promotion and raise. He deserves it.

Goofy customer walks in and says where are the beans I screamed at him saying this is a shoe store but he started twerking and the employee said to work it so I took a shoe and threw it at him. He then pooped on the floor and the employee ate it. I bought some Jordan's and left.

I am so sick of companies that would rather treat customers as thieves than actually pay employees to be there to assist. I went in this store Sunday to look at shoes. There was only one of each of the shoes available to try on. And there was no one to assuming getting the other one. I need to try both shoes on to make sure they fit and are comfortable. If this wasn't a requirement for me, I would just order them online. This is a terrible way to operate, and if you have such a bad shoplifting problem that you can't put both shoes on the floor to try on, then you need to hire more people to prevent it instead of insulting my integrity and inconveniencing me when all I want is a pair of shoes. A lot of places carry shoes and don't have to do this. This place isn't special.

The employees here are super friendly and their prices are unbeatable. I want to commend this store on their amazing customer service. They didn't have the size I needed in a specific shoe that I wanted, so like most stores, they offered to order it for me. What separated the experience here from the other stores, though, was the delivery time. I ordered my shoes on Sunday evening and they arrived at my house TUESDAY AFTERNOON. It wasn't even 48 hours! They are phenomenal and I recommend shopping here. 10/10

Bryan helped me pick out a pair of Pumas. He immediately greeted me as I walked in and helped me narrow down my search. After trying on a few different pairs I picked a great fitting shoe. I gotta say I haven’t had that level of service in a shoe store since Nordstoms. Very pleased with my new kicks and will be back next time I need any shoes!

Terrible customer service, the manager & workers. Store wasn't busy at all, only 2 customers, I was one of them. No one at checkout, had to hunt and call for somebody, two people told me to wait a few minutes. I don't think so
