So walked into the store I was impressed very clean everything in order and I went to the department that I needed to go to which was Sephora there was only one clerk for the entire Sephora store.
What does that mean?
Yes a long wait!
I just went in for one product it was for a birthday gift and I needed it.
It wasn't for that I would have walked out.
The clerk made up for it she's very sweet kind and very helpful in spite of it all I would go back.

Great experience everything I go into Sephora all the associates are very knowledgeable on their products, and the lady manager is the absolute best!

Don't know why the one lady that's there almost every day can just be rude and make rude faces every time I'm there. I think of sephora as women empowerment but I can't relax and shop around with out the worker bullying me while I'm trying be at peace. I will not be attending to this store.

I am assuming since the store is rather new perhaps the associates have not had customer service training. That can be my only logical explanation for what I experienced the other night. The sales associate was at the register on her phone. Never once looked up. I stood right next to the register by the men's cologne and wondered out loud if they had what I was looking for. No acknowledgement. So I left.
