Bought a jacket about 13 days ago, came 3 days ago and saw the jacket I bought was $30 cheaper, I came to return it and then buy it again because I haven't even used it and they didn't let me do that even though I made them scan it so they could see it was actually on sale (90% of the jackets were put on sale in this ross including the one I bought) well because I have my receipt were it says I payed the $75 they will only let ME BUY IT at that price (even though without receipt it's scanning at the sale price of $45) I'm out of town and driving back today to my house (5hrs away) so it's not like I can do anything in the next coming days. I will be calling corporate on Monday and letting them know about the incident which I think anyone will find frustrating!!!

Very bad service. They have workers who reluctantly serve you. With bad faces, and one has to do one's job, removing saws and arranging things for them.

Love Ross's prices. Store's cleanliness is a hit or miss and items can be limited, but it is all about what time of the day you visit honestly. Still my go to for gifts etc.
