Love the apartment sizes and floor plans. The office staff is always very friendly and always willing to assist when any issues arise. Barbara makes you feel right at home and always goes above and beyond for her residents.

I lived here for almost 2 years it is roach infested!! The laundry rooms are always dirty and the washers and dryers steal your money. Did I mention is roach infested. Please consider moving elsewhere. It is a very old property.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments. The management is extremely poor, and the ongoing roach infestation issue has been a nightmare. I’ve contacted the owner multiple times through both email and phone calls, but nothing has been fixed in the six months since the problem was first reported. It’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Potential renters, please be aware of these issues before considering this place. 0/10 DO NOT SIGN LEASE HERE

The pools have not been open at all since I moved in and when I asked Vickie about it she said that they were waiting to be inspected. I have spoken to the Inspector twice..the paperwork was never turned in. We have new office management now and I have brought this to their attention. We'll see....
They have finally opened the pool now that I am moving but they don't unlock the gate until 10 am, so if you want an early morning swim before heading out to work you're out of luck. I do appreciate that the new manager finally got it open. She seems to be a little more on top of things than the previous manager.
I do think that all management should keep in mind that this is our home and we expect to be treated as such. They usually do not live here and it's just a job to them...and should not be ugly to those of us who call this home. Just a thought...

Rooms are okay for the price and area. This isn't the facility's fault but our neighbors both behind and below argue and slam doors past 1 in the morning. Often.

I have lived here 8 years, the first couple of years we had a great management team, after Vicky left it has gone steadily down hill. I had hope when Vicky came back several months ago that things would improve. Sad to say she retired after a few months and Dawn was relocated to another complex. They painted all the buildings, sure it looks nice but you can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. They advertise 2 sparkling pools, what a joke this is the 3rd summer we haven't been able to use them. I have asked why aren't they open all you get is we are working on it. The laundry is also a joke now, it's a gamble every time you put money in the machines if they will work or not. The one good thing here is my neighbor.

Dawn in the front office is very rude has a bad attitude. I change my mind on apartment and she told me my deposit was refundable but yet she is making it a hard time to get it back and won’t ever answer the phone. I do not recommend anybody to rent from these apartments.

I have lived at Oyster Creek Apartments for 6 months now. I can’t say enough good about them. I have amazing neighbors that I enjoy. Everyone I encounter is so nice and enjoyable. The maintenance guys are always there if I need them and are super nice. The most important is the management. Although I miss Vickie so much, I hope she’s enjoying her retirement to the fullest. Well deserved. She was a superb manager and was always so kind and caring. I can’t say enough about sweet Dawn in the office. She never hesitates to answer a question, always has a smile on her face, and works so hard to make sure we are all taken care of. She goes above and beyond for us all. She has no idea how much she is appreciated. I highly recommend Oyster Creek Apartments!!
