“Yesterday I went to Home Depot with a friend. She was looking for a portable air conditioner. Right away Jose came up to us and helped us. Then he said he would get the cart to hold the unit. He walked us to the checkout, asked if we wanted help to our car . He stayed with us during the whole transaction. I wish everyone was that helpful. It was a great experience at Home Depot yesterday!”
