“I’m giving AT&T lake Jackson 4 stars mainly because Kesha who is always a great help when I come. Today I came to return my old phone and the lady that first helped me wasn’t very helpful because my phone wouldn’t turn on and she took me to a wireless charger to try and left me their. Kisha looked over at me and said that charger would take too long and she had a faster one for me to use. She was right and my phone turned on not even a minute later. While she was helping me the other girl who initially was helping me came out and said “ oh you got it” to Kesha instead of finishing the job she started she walked to the back to do nothing… again. We should all learn a thing or 2 from Kesha’s customer service.”
“First, I had a hard time finding this store as the parking lot was empty and the sight of abandoned offices seemed to cluster together.. Inside the store the floors need some serious TLC or maybe Glu and a mop...lol... The gentleman working tonight was nothing short of professional and helpful as he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me the service I so badly needed... I would recommend this boost store over all of them!! I'm100% satisfied!!! Keep up the good work!!! ??”
