Dropped my car off to get an inspection, they broke my door handle, and they left it running in the parking lot for over 2 hours. Until I came to pick it up. Total lack of integrity and skill.

These crooks will literally take you for a ride. I took my high performance vehicle to get electrical repairs done and I found out from a friend that works nearby the shop that one of the techs was doing hard pulls in my car up and down the street. Not to mention, the first repair the did, they claimed to fix the problem but they only actually found a way to bypass the codes my cars computer was throwing by sticking fuses in slots that are supposed to be empty. They charged me 400 bucks just to get me out the door saying the problem was fixed but my car left the shop with new problems with the airbag system and for the headlights. I would never bring my vehicle here again.

Went here because of the reviews. I called spoke with Chris about my 1 ton Dodge 4wd. Chris responded with yes would be happy to check it out, he gave me quote, dropped the truck off, it was ready next day. No Price Increase. Chris is very polite friendly. We will be using Liberty Auto Land from now on.

This auto shop exhibited some of the BEST CUSTOMER service I have ever experienced. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot the owner came out to diagnose my car himself and was able to figure out my AC issue within minutes. The next day I dropped my car off to have it repaired. I asked if they could give me a ride back to my apartment and the owner stopped what he was doing and took me himself. WOW. Talk about making a customer for life. Look no where else. Last Thanksgiving I 5ook my stranded car here for repair. They kept it 2.5 weeks and charged me over 2500.00 I walked away smiling and unaware. The plugs they put in were wrong, the coils aftermarket, the gasket leaking, and oil was going into the engine. They had changed my oil and the plug wasn't in correct and it was leaking. Byer beware and question the positive reviews.Services: General repairs & maintenance

2019: Chris and his team are so highly skilled, honest, and efficient! This was my 2nd time to visit for auto repairs. He replaced the AC compressor with a very reasonably priced used part in my 2007 VW Jetta. They did the work in less than 90 minutes!! My car is now pumping out cool Arctic air!!On 04/20/23 Chris has saved me again with a part that was broken during an oil change done somewhere else. Chris and his team are stellar. It helps so much to find someone who knows what their doing even with foreign vehicles, and prices the work fairly. He's able to track down parts when nobody else can. Thank you Chris! Liberty auto charged me $400 to replace a fuel pump and one coil because my car would not start. After having my car towed 3 times back to this auto shop, after the car was supposedly fixed, i was left with the same problem i had before Liberty auto took my $400. Liberty auto personal don't give a damn about customer service! They will and did not HONOR the warranty on supposed service provided! Now I'm out the $400 and all the time i wasted trying to get them to do the job right. My car still doesn't start and i am forced to take my non working car to another auto shop and spend more money I don't have!!! Liberty auto is a thief shop. Take your money and time elsewhere!!
