Edit to respond to the owner: The keyfobs were GM parts and the guy over the phone still hem hawed about it.
All I needed was my starter checked, and you've worked on this car before.
If a 2010 is too old for you to work on, you need to reevaluate your policies.
I was told not to even bring my car in, so it was not assessed to be too old and "brittle" nor was I even given the option to agree to any risks that might come up, just flat out refused service.
I called in and asked to get my car seen.
Having issues starting and I needed some key fobs programmed.
The whole phone call had a bad tone to it from the moment I said I needed to make an appointment to get my car seen like I was wasting the dudes time.
He made a fuss about the key fobs not being "factory parts" and then said because the care is a 2010 it was too old to be worked on unless I had been there before, which I had and my car was already on file with them so I'm not sure why they will refuse to see an existing customer with a car they've already worked on before.
All I needed was the starter checked, and key fobs programmed, and my car is "too old" because "they become brittle" and more things could break.
That's the word he used "brittle" to describe a car over 10 years old.
He made a point to say I turned down work on my door last time I took it in, because the button wasn't working and they wanted like 700+ dollars to fix the passenger side window, which they didn't even open up the door to look into it.
I don't know if he was implying this invalidated my status as a customer, because they did indeed work on my car last time I brought it in, and charged me for it too.

If I could rate zero stars i would. My vehicle has been in the body shop for whats going to be about 2 months now. In that entire time span we have only received ONE UPDATE, and the only reason we got that one update was because my husband and I kept calling and calling for updates and to see if there was anything we could do on our end to speed up the process. Our vehicle was supposed to only be in the shop for about a week to two weeks tops. But apparently one of the parts our vehicle needed was “supposedly” on back order every time I called. When i finally decided to take matters into my own hands and call gm motors to see if the part was on back order, gm motors said the part is indeed not on back order. My husband then called and spoke to patrick and let him know, and miraculously two days later the part was shipped. When my husband got the first and only update from patrick that the part had finally shipped he told us that when the part arrived it should take no longer than Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and spoke to Patrick and he said it should be done by Thursday, it is now Thursday and I called to get in contact with Patrick and of course had no luck. I was thankfully still able to get in touch with someone named Brandy and she said that patrick would call me to let me know if the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. and again i got no update, so i called myself and spoke to her again and she said of course our vehicle wasn't ready and she had no idea around what time our vehicle would be ready. I'm never one to write reviews but this is just ridiculous, almost two months for a fender bender??

I would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a new vehicle. We were in a big hurry with very little time and were only interested in certain vehicles. Our sales man Tyler Pyle was beyond helpful. He understood the time crunch and the situation and sped things along for us. He listened to my wife's preference on vehicle and price and took her straight to what was available. Any questions that we had he was able to answer or get the answer in a timely manner. He thoroughly went over the vehicle from bumper to bumper also and went above and beyond and said if it wasn't detailed to our expectations, to bring it back and he would personally clean it again himself. Leo Martin is a great little family owned dealership in Lake Jackson to meet your vehicle needs.

Best car dealership I've purchased from. Excellent service throughout the entire car buying experience. Accommodated me when I needed them to. No dealership games, which seems to be normal these days. I would buy from them again!

Tyler Pyle our salesman was very polite and wonderful. He did everything he could to help me out. From the time I got there to the time I left. Micah-our sales manager was great, he tried hard to get the price we wanted. Back and forth until I gave in. Then you had Reagan- our finance guy, he was great, I had to laugh when I found out that he was the son and grandson of Leo Martin. How cool is that??? Then James our finalizer for the deal, he was great. Also brother the to Reagan. It was a blessing to meet a group of men with smiles on their faces and never a pressuring moment. I just want to thank each of them for a wonderful job of blessing me with my new dream SUV - 2024 Z71 Traverse. I love my new ride. When it's time for a new ride I will be back. Thank you, Kathy Duke ?

Was looking for a specific type of vehicle and they had exactly what we wanted. We were able to work through all the negotiations and paper work from 1000 miles away. Excellent communication and customer service. Tyler, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful in sending additional pictures and provided all the info we needed to purchase the vehicle. They even picked us up at Houston Hobby airport to pick up the vehicle. The car buying process should always be this easy! The financing process was done in advance to make it easy to pick up the vehicle.
