My Mother recently moved in. I knew upon looking at her apartment it would need a deep cleaning, but turned out to be way more than I expected. Need new cleaning personnel. Maybe my clean standards are different? So much is outdated and in need of replacement such as the flooring. When they replaced her refrigerator although it is new, it was replaced with a smaller one. Fruit flies are becoming problematic in apartment and I noticed they are thriving in the dumpsters. Truly disappointed. I suppose the best compliment goes to Johnathon the maintenance man.

This place is perfect for me! I inquired about a 1/1 with W/D connections on July 1 & they had one for rent! I applied, paid the deposit & app fee. I move in on the 26th!! They offer paid water, paid trash pickup; the only utilities the tenant pays is electricity & Internet! They also offer scheduled activities, a media room, fitness center, business center, on-site maintenance. Ms. Marilyn, the property manager, is a gem! So sweet, accommodating & caring!

My Mother and Mother in law have both been living on this since 2022 and we love it, its a beautiful property the apartments are a great size and well maintained. wouldn't want them living anywhere else. The management team is great to, Marilyn is very helpful and accommodating.

I would like to give a big thanks to all the teamwork at the office. My air conditioner went out and they quickly and professionally resolved the issue and got it fixed and it was cool when I got home. There’s so many things that I can recommend about this apartment complex, and their management is outstanding and much teamwork

Can’t keep management or maintenance people notes on office saying due to lack of staff we are closed sidewalks sinking in big trip hazard for us seniors security gates wide open key cards don’t work on doors don’t feel safe here at all, some tenants have people living with them that aren’t supposed to be there and they are walking around and arguing and digging in dumpsters don’t recommend this place at all

I don't move in until October 21st but so far I have been very pleased. Jamie and Salina have been very helpful and gone out of their way to help me. So far it has been a very positive experience. The apartment seemed very clean and they were in the process of putting in new appliances and flooring.

Roaches all over the place. Changed ownership 3 times in 9 yrs i have been. Many many different managers. Roaches ecerywhere. Have complained many times but they wont hire a professional exterminating company. Just an individual who must just b spraying water. No way to leave message on weekends
