If you hate your life, and actively thinking of how you could be less attractive then go here! I went in with beautiful nails and drove home in tears. My nails are all uneven, forget that I can cut my grandson with the sharp corners. I could probably cut meat better than the local butcher with these nails. What a waste of money and when I voiced my displeasure I was told have a nice day. This place needs to close!
Requested style: Told I did not want bubble nails, they are short uneven and sharp on edges
She did not listen and I highly would recommend asking to see her license

I have been going to John's for my toes and fingernails for years! The service is second to none. Even my sister comes down from Houston, because she can't find service like this in the city! Anna is a talented artist, and has been able to recreate every nail design I've brought to her! I highly recommend John's for all your beauty needs.
Cleanliness: Always clean, and ready to go!

Terrible!! He squeezed my hand and complained all the time, he didn't make me wash my hands and all the dust was encapsulated in my nails, they were raised, crooked and poorly painted and on top of that they were ugly, for 53 dollars!!

Wouldn’t go here again they don’t clean the equipment. It felt so nasty while I was there the counters weren’t clean. the lady who did my design yesterday was Struggling told her I didn’t like it so she redid it and still came out wrong wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also these people are very rude

My mom got a nasty infection on her foot from receiving a pedicure here. She was cut with a tool used to remove dead skin & it would not stop bleeding. The lady got scared and apologized & said she could not continue the pedicure due to the cut/blood. My mom understood & payed for the pedicure and left. The cut got infected and she had several complications & doctors visits because of this. She let the owner know because she spent a little over $800.00 out of pocket for the medical expenses and also missed a couple days of work. All they did was gaslight her and say she was lying, also trying to bribe her with gift cards & say they fired the lady that had done the pedicure “which is false”. She refused and left very angry and sad. Not only did they do all that but they couldn’t even give her a sincere apology. Me and a lot of my family would get our nails done here, but not anymore! My mom didn’t want to say anything, but I am! She also has proof via medical bills & photos, which I don’t think I can post because of guidelines on here. Y’all be careful who you let touch your feet & also make sure their using clean tools.

Not happy ...got my nails done today paid $65 for them and the color is already coming off ....the lady did a poor job never again..

I'm always been looking for the most awesome pedicure in town. I've tried some of the "bigger" nail salons suggested by others and ended up feeling like a disappointed sheep. Moving so quickly trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible.
I decided to try a different place, and I am so happy I did. I almost fell asleep getting my pedi it was so relaxing. My feet feel amazing, and most of all, they took their time!
