I’ve yet to have a bad experience as a matter of fact all the ladies I’ve dealt with are sweethearts! The young lady Macy I believe, she was so helpful and kind!FYI this James Avery will be able to put new charm within a few min or same day (the times I’ve taken) and love!!

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to shop here. I am pleased to report that my experience at this store was pleasant and the young lady that helped me was very nice, caring and professional. I’m glad I decided to give them a try despite the negative reviews

The lady was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Went in to get a charm put on ( that was a Christmas gift) and was told she could not put it on because it was not purchased that day.

I had never personally shopped at James Avery. I was given a gift by a friend and Colton at the Lake Jackson store helped me find the correct size bracelet and was so helpful with my questions and was very knowledgeable and informed me of so much the store has to offer. I will definitely be returning and ask for his assistance in my future purchases. Awesome Job Colton?

Walked in to see if I could get my sons watch worked on meaning having two links removed and the sales girl said they don’t work on anything except JAMES AVERY in a rude way. DONT SHOP THERE !!!!!!!

If you want quality service, visit the James Avery store in the mall. I went in to pick up charm and was told the wait was 5 hrs. for the charm to be picked up! Went across to Dillards and sales lady put it on right away. No the store was not busy and they had about 8 employees standing around and there was only one salesperson at Dillards. Will not shop there anymore!

Great customer service, quick turnaround on adding charms, all questions answered. I had two different sales people for my drop off and pick up, and both were excellent! I am happy the store is here in our community.

The lady on the sales floor did not approach me in a welcoming manner. She stopped me from going all the way to the register to make a refund, but instead of a refund I asked if I could just exchange it. ( trying to be nice since I know how retail works) The same lady went to ask the manager some questions and came back with a dry answer of no we can’t exchange it (basically), with a rude tone that I don’t appreciate. Took a drive to the Webster area location where I was immediately welcomed and ended up purchasing more items!Long story short, it truly matters how you approach a customer and how you ask the correct questions in order to give the best customer satisfaction!My visit to the LJ location was on 3/5/21 around 2pm.

Nope, nope, nope! I have never been treated so unprofessionally. Rude!I needed a charm added to my bracelet so the worker tossed the tray at me to put my bracelet and charm on. Then just snatched the tray as I just laid my bracelet in it and walked away without a word. My husband had to ask if I could choose where to put my charm cause we wanted it put in a certain spot. She then tossed the tray back at me. The work they did was very poor. There was burnt solder on the rings installed. Had to take it some where to get it fixed. ???? just amazed how someone can not care for the customer when its your job!

I have called and went into the James Avery store in Lake Jackson,Texas multiple times to purchase some new charms as well as have some charms put on my bracelet. I get the same response “ we don't have any hooks†by the same woman every time. I will no longer do business in the Lake Jackson location. I'd rather drive the extra miles to Pearland, their staff isn't lazy.

Will not return to this particular JA location! The two ladies working were very rude and unprofessional! I went in to do an exchange with receipt in hand and said MULTIPLE times that I wanted to purchase a charm for this particular bracelet and both of them ignored me and walked away and shopped the nearby cosmetics counter?!?! The girl assisting me didn't even speak one word to me or return my receipt to me ! â˜¹ï¸ I really don't think this type of customer service is what JA is all about maybe Dillard's ?!?!
