My friend and I went to this salon as it was in the mall. A lady was talking to a couple in the back, finally came up and started my nails, then went back to them. Even she said "I (herself) talk to much". The nails stated chipping off the next day. I was not really up set about that but I was upset that she made my cuticles sore and ragged. My friend had another person son do her nails and her cuticles were also inflamed and sore from the manicure. We will never go back!!!!

BEST PEDICURE EVER!! I was visiting the area and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I walked into the mall and saw Image Nail Salon. I was greeted warmly by Tom and he had me seated right away. I chose the $35 pedicure with the scrub & hot wax. I was so impressed with the time and attention he spent on shaping my toenails and asking me several times if the shape and length were what I wanted. Then he went to work on my heels and they are the smoothest they’ve been ever! He was so meticulous and careful. I felt truly pampered and taken care of!! I will definitely be back and will request Tom. I couldn’t believe the price for the exceptional service was only $35!! I happily paid $50. Loved my experience at Image Nails! Thank you Tom!!

My visit was yesterday. I asked several times if they did powder dip and was told yes. When I got in chair I was told that I only needed pink powder to cover new growth and it was the same as powder dip and my white tip was okay. That was a lie. He didn’t use the same powder nor did I see any on or near his station. My nails look okay from a distance but I see line separating white tip from pink which means I’ll need to have redone in a few days! I also see the poor job he did around cuticles.I don’t understand how this salon has stayed open for so long. I used to go years ago, now I remember why I stopped going.Services: Acrylic nails

I am so sick and tired of trying to make a appointment for lashes and then when you finally make a appointment she’s NOT THERE. Then the staff lies and act like they don’t know anything. Using the same excuse.

First time going to this salon, cheaper than other ones I’ve been to and, the technician that did my nails took the time to listen to everything and did my nails exactly how i wanted them at such a reasonable price, and kept double checking to make sure i was satisfied throughout the processvery friendly atmosphere as well.
