I truly love coming to Hollywood nails, they are very caring and concern nail tech. David is one of the best nail tech working there, he makes sure you are happy with your nails before you leave his station.
Requested style: David was very patient, caring and made sure my request was to my liking before I left.
Cleanliness: the place is always clean and tidy

I was able to come right in and get my pedicure started and while I got some work done then moved right over to get my manicure. They were so friendly and their prices are wonderful compared to my hometown.

1st pedicure was French pedicure, they butchere that one. So I decided to give another chance with a normal paint pedicure. It was bad, uneven nail polish, runs... my kid could do a better job than that. Won't be going back . They used to be good, not anymore.

They do an amazing job on your nails. The techs are all very courteous and the salon is clean with the massage chairs in good repair. The services are performed efficiently. The foot scrub and massage was delightful but I recommend upgrading your pedicure if you want to enjoy the massage a bit longer. The tech took the time to smooth and thin the acrylic on my nails so they looked so much better than before I discovered Hollywood.

Let's start by saying my daughter and I were there for 2 hours. just for gel manicure. first my daughter told him she wanted to keep her nails long but no he filed them way too short.... I pick black matte with some loose black glitter for myself $5 for matte $10 for loose glitter. Once the glitter was applied and put under the heater the glitter just flakes off so they try again...flakes off again....so she decides to file the glitter off with a filling board and pretty much filed my skin and cuticle off causing it to bleed the whole time I was there....the second Nail Tech comes by to fix her mistakes even tells me the other tech should have told me that the glitter will flake off like that... wait what?? then why are you charging me $10 for it then? she she even sees the blood wipes it and make sure she doesn't spray rubbing alcohol on it. so she also noticed how messed up my matte polish is by the other Tech and decides to paint them again without removing the first three coats instead of a smooth matte finish it's lumpy as hell and you can see line marks underneath the six layers of Polish I now have on my nails.... at this time they are getting busy and could care less about my nails so 2 hours later and a horrible job my bill is $72. But had to go back there today and complain now my 11 yr old daughters cuticles are red and swollen and getting infected and the so-called manager argued with me saying my daughter picked at her nails or could be the cold weather. I would not recommend this place at all I was refunded $25 out of the 72 I paid. he wouldn't even listen to the complaints about my nails because all three new Monday night when my daughter and I walked out of there how screwed up my nails were my daughters were just too short but the next day all around her cuticle was turning red and day by day it just got worse. he was even telling me it's called hang nail and it's from cold weather or playing outside or her picking at her fingernails. she didn't have this until they touched her nails so I googled this hang nail... guess what !? due to bad manicure this can happen !! save your money go somewhere else if anyone is reading this and has any good suggestions on better nail places please let me know!?

First time and Last, I was greeted at the door, and I was taken to the back quick. The issue was the nail tech who did my pedicure, she rushed my entire pedicure!! Barley scrubbed my feet, I had to ask her several times to scrub my feet and not to mention. Once she was done, she was quick to tell me to leave the chair. Its sad, I had my friend take me as a Mother’s Day Gift to me and its sad , the kinda service, I received.

This salon is the worst for people of color! ? I had a 9:15am appt I got there 9:12am and was made to wait while the person I made the appointment was working on a white women nails. I was told to wait, the other 2 nail tech while sitting on their phones was quick to say "I have appt" like I was going to waste any more of my time and money in this placeI had to eventually go to another nail salon. 1 star is too much to give this place!

The last few times I have came here has been really bad. Today I went with my mom she got an upgraded package. And they spent all of 12 minutes on her. No drink offer no conversation to either one of us! I got the 60$ package and they didn’t do any of the stuff that came in the package. Didn’t even scrub my feet. Spent 20 minutes doing my feet and most of that was my feet soaking. When I asked why they said they said you want this one I gave those services. I will not be going back here and it’s sad.
