“If you need a gym and you're in the area, this is a great gym! I was visiting family and worked out at this gym during my trip. The staff and members are very nice. The staff is helpful and keeps the place in order. They have plenty of squat racks, battle chains, heavy bag, etc. I had stellar workouts! I'd definitely recommend this gym! It's next level! Check it out!”

208 TX-332, Lake Jackson“It gets so full inside like everyone is in a club trying to meet and greet. Going inside the dressing room, people were on their phones and not even working out. Even on the machine floor, people were just on their phones, not even working out. Made me feel like it's too crowded for no reason. If you're going to be on your phone stay home and give others time on the machines. Thanks ? ???”
“The most friendly staff ever! I have a smile on my face every time I enter and I'm greeted. I love that it's only $10 drop in fee and last for 24 hours! WOW! Great place for the community, but there's one thing I have to say... I visit from out of town here because my in-laws live in Lake Jackson. This gym has platforms with wood and horse mats, BUT NO 35lb FEMALE BARBELLS OR BUMPER PLATES. That is backwards and non-inclusive of women and sport, yet you try to make up for it with a secluded "Female Fitness" area...? What about for people who want to perform Olympic Weightlifting movements? If they had 35lb/15kg barbells and bumpers plates then I would go here every time I'm in town but instead I have to drive 45-90 minutes into Houston to lift and train for my sport. So unfortunate because everything else about Family Fitness is great. Trade in a few cardio bikes and get weightlifting equipment. Cardio is out, lifting is in. Take my advice - I have my master's in Sport Physiology, certified strength and conditioning coach, nutritionist, and very high up in my profession. PLEASE GET SOME OLYMPIC BARBELLS AND PLATES!”
