Been shopping here for years and the store has gone downhill. Clothes are not organized by color, children clothes are just thrown on all 8 racks, it’s insane. Theres barely any furniture, lamps, decor, kitchen items. When traveling I love going to different goodwills, this one is the WORST by far. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms.

Worst Goodwill I’ve ever been in. It is dirty. The inventory is trash. Shelves are disorganized. When this store first opened it was clean, smelled nice and was a good place to shop. Now it’s the complete opposite! Prices are way off for the used items. This Goodwill needs a complete overhaul from the top down. !!!!

The store no longer puts out decent items and they are way over priced. I guess they sell anything good online now. There is very little to pick from in the store.

I love coming here when I have time & money. Heavy on both because you're going to be awhile as their inventory is huge and be prepared to spend quite a bit because theres so many good gently used items. Plenty of clothing but I also like looking through the books and dishes. I've found so many pieces of depression era glassware that I love. The store was as clean as could be with 50 people milling about and the dressing rooms were in pretty good condition. I've visited major dept stores where the dressing rooms looked a lot worse. The people who worked and volunteered there were polite and helpful. The amazing thing to me is how well they keep it organized with that amount of clothing. Yes, by color as far as tops/tees go but at least it's a start. The "day of the week" are super beneficial too.

This is not a “select store”. Disappointed that any store would sell the trash this store is selling. Go to a different location save yourself a waste of time.

We bought 13 dvds and one did not work it had a blank screen and the man at the register said I could not exchange it for another. They should have this posted somewhere that one cannot bring bad videos back and exchange. It's a good thing the other 12 worked ! We will no longer buy DVD videos here. They have gone up on all of their prices on clothing and glassware.

WARNING!!!
They doubled even tripled the price of everything sence the last time I was there. Now the plates and cups you get from dollar tree for $1.25 are $2.00 at this place.
Clothes are almost the same price as new and don't get me started on there random junk. And there selling old used shoe's that are literally falling apart. If I could put a face palm amoji I would. When they respond to these reviews they don't even bother to read them.

Please consider what you are buying! before going to pay, Well sometimes they charge more, this is the second time it happens to me ??♀️, they should have a cash register that shows the prices, so that customers can see the prices that are being registered ?? ♀️.

I usually love Goodwill. I have a aunt who is mentally disabled and they gave her employment (in another state where she lives) but they really helped people like her and did so much for their communities. The prices used to be reasonable, but they really jacked them up. I have a large family, so it's my go to place. Well, it was my go to place. I've been finding better deals retail which is kind of sad. I understand they have expenses just like regular stores, but something somewhere isn't adding up.

Was thinking of heading over to check out lake Jackson Goodwill, but after reading the reviews, I think I'll pass. I'm not keen on the Goodwill's that have hiked-up prices on DONATED merchandise. I recall a time when they hired people in halfway houses to help them learn new skills. I guess that's changed also. The prices at certain Goodwill is just too high and that really comes across as unethical. I'll just keep going to my regular ones. Hopefully this goodwill "gets the message"...
