A big thank you to the wonderful Frakey's team.My daughter's wedding was this weekend and my shirt was perfect....perfectly pressed and starched just right. This Frakey's offers the medium starch option.....not just heavy or light. The medium held up nicely without making the shirt too stiff.I really appreciated the manager last Thursday who took two new shirts still pinned up in their plastic and told me he would unpin them for me and remove the cardboard and plastic. That was great since I was running behind with a lot to do.We love the cheerful attitude of these folks even when we drop off very early in the morning. My shirts were ready to go less than 24 hours later. Amazing. My wife and I love this place. Thank you again to the great people at Frakey's.

Horrible service! They burned holes in over 5 of our shirts & melted the buttons on over 10 shirts, that I HAD TO PAY to fix. They said the buttons were just old, even though the shirts had been purchased within the last year. The first time, they gave us a credit, but when it happened again, they lied & said they didn't burn the holes in the shirts & accused us of doing it! The holes were on the shoulder blade area & near the bottom where you might could've tucked it in. However, these burns were too far up in order to do that & there were literally gouges of shirt missing. All in all, they ruined over $400 worth of Polo Ralph Lauren & Cinch shirts. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!! MANAGEMENT IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR & CROOK! Even the employee said she knew we didn't damage the shirts, but it wasn't her call to make!! After months of going by & getting empty promises of getting a call from the manager & reimbursement, we gave up! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!

Used to think this was a good place to get cleaning done. Shirts always looked nice....BUT.... I dropped off pair of pants for my husband and got them back with ink on the inner legs. Looked like stamper ink because it was purple and then the girl had the audacity to suggest my husband keeps ink pens in his pants pocket. So I helped her by suggesting they take the pants back and try to clean them again. Well, that was before Valentines weekend and I have yet to receive a phone call from JEREMY or my pants or MONEY TO BUY A NEW PAIR! They cost $50+ dollars. I have called at least twice a week and no return call. I mean how busy must Jeremy be? I think it's pretty chichennshit to ruin clothes and basically tell you to stuff it and what are you going to do about it? I feel like taking them to small claims court just to drag Jeremy's butt in court! BUT HE HAS MY PANTS, my money and my last nerve!

Mr. Frakey, you did not replace the buttons on all the shirts as indicated in your response. Additionally, on 2 of the 4 shirts that buttons were replaced there was mismatched thread on those shirts. The quality of the repair work is unacceptable. I hope that the third attempt at returning my clothing to me in the condition it was left with you results in a better outcome.
Original Review: I brought in 10 shirts for dry cleaning with no starch. After picking up shirts, 6 of the 10 shirts had multiple buttons destroyed from the press. So I brought the shirts back for repairs. I go back to the store to pick up the repaired shirts only to find that 4 of the 6 shirts had not even been repaired! Meanwhile, one of the shirts that was supposed to have been repaired ended up having a stain on it that was not present the first 2 times the shirt was dropped off. After a week, I am still waiting to hear back from owner on refunds and compensation for the unfixed shirts and the damaged shirt.

I dropped off a $90 dress to be cleaned for a wedding. I picked up and brought it with me to San Antonio for the wedding, thinking I didn't need to look at it and just keep it in the wrapping so it wouldn't mess up. Day of the wedding about 2 hours before I go to put on the dress and BOTH straps are broken. They safety pinned the dress to the co-hanger. I'm not mad that they broke the straps, because they have a sign saying their not liable for that. Ok. What I'm mad about is they didn't even tell me when I picked up the dress, along with other items. No note, nothing. I could have hurried and fixed it before the wedding instead of having to run to a random store and try to find a dress that fit me an hour before the wedding. Bad business. And the spot that I took it in to have cleaned for, was still there so there's that.

Had my cloths cleaned pressed, awful JOB. They refused to give me my money back, and said they was redo my cloths. I trusted it would be done right, Boy was I wrong. They came back worse than before. The manager Jeremy avoided numerous phone calls, wouldn’t return my calls. Jeremy final answered the phone only because I used another phone with a different number. He still refuses to give me my money. Do I trust them to try and redo my cloths. BIG NO!!! I wouldn’t waste my time with these untruth people. POOR SERVICE!!!
