I'm giving 5 stars to the tall-blond lady, because she wraps fragile things like ceramic cups and glasses in paper. I never asked her to do that, but she did that extra kind gesture anyways. I hope she gets a Christmas bonus.

The New Family dollar of lake Jackson so far is trash! I’d leave a bad review on their site but they don’t have one yet. Horrible customer service, the clerk was smoking a cigarette right by the front entrance, then as she seen us standing there waiting to be checked out, she walked walks up and just starts checking us out, no hello, not a how are you, Nothing. If you don’t like your job or can’t stand certain people, work somewhere where you don’t have to be around ppl

If you haven't been to our Family Dollar in awhile, please stop by and see us. We have all new management and employees. My team has worked hard to clean and organize this location. As with any store its a constant effort to keep customer friendly and stocked. Stop by and say hi. I think you'll notice the difference immediately.
