I am a regular here, but don't go every 2 weeks. I went there yesterday to get a pedi, spent over $60+tip to have them look like my 8 yr old daughter did it. There was still old color shellac left on from my previous Pedi. The color was all over my toes (didn't clean up the excess) and one of my toes wasn't painted all the way. I just feel like they weren't properly taken care of. I'm sorry but I'm the one that has to look at it every day until I come back, (not them) and especially if I'm paying over $60. They did have another girl come and redo them but you can still see the layers (not full coat) so if you have a favorite tech, then stick with them!!!

Had a terrible experience today. Came in for a pedicure I looked at colors for maybe 15 seconds before I was hounded to find a color, selected my pedicure, which was rushed through, asked for my nails to be filed a little more because the corners were sharp, which seemed to aggravate him, instead of filing them a little he cut the corners off. The massage was awful, the hot towel was draped over my legs and not wrapped, after repeatedly telling him I didn't want schalac I was again pressured to get it. The paint job was crap and all around my tech was rude, rushed through my pedicure and now I have to find a place to fix it before my vacation in 2 days.

All I have to say is that… They did a rush job.. The older lady that did my daughter’s pedicure did not polish one of her toes( we just noticed it last night) The lady that did my eyebrows..she was aggressive.. moving my head they way she did made me mad.. I almost told her something because ma’am?? Why are you aggressive for??? Never again..

Every time I have gone here, they are extremely busy and rush on the services they provide. I got a shellac manicure on Sunday and the guy would not let me leave my nails under the light for more than 30 seconds. The shellac was peeling off by Tuesday. I asked them to redo them and they told me they were fully booked and they couldn't tell me if they would fix them for free or not. I definitely will not be back.

Well the set with the pink tip was their 1st try they were lumpy and not the same shape or size I told them and they fixed them with no problem

Horrible experience with Tiffany. I came to get one of my hands fixed because the shellac dried horribly. She was rude and aggressive and tried to charge me for the horrible paint job.

I have visited this establishment maybe 3 times and each time is less enjoyable. The nail technician that performed my pedicure did a nice job painting my toes which i appreciate but everything else about the pedicure was disappointing. I noticed the cleanliness has declined and i also was never offered a complimentry beverage.
