Service dept attitude is “well, when we can get to you then we get to you” no promises. The person they have answering the phone was not very customer service satisfaction oriented at all. They are not accommodating when you live 45 min- hour away and seems that they have no desire to try and work out a solution..

On our vacation at Surfside beach the alternator on my van went out.
I called on Monday to see if they could receive my vehicle. I spoke to Mateo. He was VERY helpful during the whole process. Even though they had many cars to service my vehicle was ready for me when my trip was over on Thursday. Johnny, the courtesy driver picked us up at Surfside and took us to the dealership. Thank you Mateo for all of your help in getting my car repaired and back to me. I will definitely recommend you and the dealership to others.

Terrible experience with the salesperson here who did absolutely nothing to try to sell us a vehicle. Hopefully they have better people than who we talked to. Didn’t even remotely put in any effort to make a sale. Wouldn’t buy anything from this place.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My wife and I went to look at buying a new truck and trading our car in. I handed over my keys so they could look over my car. After deciding against proceeding with the deal I asked for my keys back. The sales person said his manager had them and would be right back, came back without keys. This went on for 5 more times of asking and not getting my keys returned.
It wasn't until I threatened to call the police and report that they are unlawfully holding my property that they returned my keys to me.
[ this tactic is a well-known, illegal, and unethical maneuver used by car salesmen to pressure customers into accepting unfavorable deals. ]

Very nice employees work here. This dealership has a very nice selection of cars and trucks. We’ve bought two vehicles from them. One Jeep and one Dodge RAM. And yes I would go back.
The service dept is friendly and helpful. Their prices are normal and their work is fast and of good quality.

Absolute worse servicing department. Salesman are awesome, but came in to get original fenders put back in and have been stuck for 3 hours with no progress in sight.

My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from The Don Davis Ram dealership. The experience far exceeded our expectations. The team at Don Davis worked with us and gave us a great deal on a new Ram Truck. I want to thank the team that helped us with our purchase. Matt our salesman, Joe the sales manager and Ceaser our finance manager. All three gentlemen went above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend this dealership and team.

Had taken 2018 2500HD in for warranty service to Reliance GMC, Bay City. Injector repair. Twice.
Took them 5 weeks 1st time, 3 weeks 2nd time.
Last Friday I took it into Don Davis GMC. They called today. Done.
4 days. SO IMPRESSED! ?

AVOID SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COSTS! Don’t even deserve 1 Star. Refused to fix truck under certified warranty claiming wire was stretched by someone. Quoted me $420 to repair. When I said I’d pass, I owed $165 shop diagnostic fee. Then I ask for quote for new harness at which point service advisor said stated they couldn’t give me a part # and that the repair quote was to splice the existing harness together, not replace. End up ordering the new harness through their own parts department for $111 meanwhile they wanted to charge me $420 to splice the existing harness where 1 wire split inside the loom! Terrible business practice, total money grab. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

I had warranty work done here on my wife’s Jeep Wrangler. I worked mostly with Nick in service and it was an absolute great experience! They delivered on everything I was told, and they did a great job on the actual repair. Communication was 100% throughout the entire process.

Joe and everyone in sales is great but the truck I bought had 1300 miles on it and started dieing out while driving took it in the service department is trash and gives you so many excuses not to fix the codes for check engine coming on so I'll either take it to another dealer or drive it till it totally breaks down and leave it for them to pick up. They are eager to sell you a 2024 but not service it when you have problems

Everybody was so nice! Came in for a test drive. Service was quick and efficient. Salesman was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable on the test drive.
