Bad service and from Douglas. Have spent thousands at this establishment and I have now decided to spend my money elsewhere.

I came here this morning only needed to get my tire patched or plugged. Had a nail in it. I didn’t want to buy new tires because my tires are still good. The sales guy I think his name was Kirk . Otherwise it’s the older guy talll with dark hair and black glasses. My wait he said would be until 1:45 —2:00pm. When I get the text to come back for my vehicle ,the nail still in my tire and he put my spare on. It seems because I didn’t purchase two new tires for the front, he just automatically put the spare on. He didn’t explain anything after I came to get my car. I had to ask him. He just handed me my keys and that was it. His customer service wasn’t good at all. I had to walk back inside to ask him why didn’t he patch my tire. I wish he could have said something instead of parking my car so far off so I wouldn’t notice. I won’t come back to this one by Kroger’s at all.

They always get you in and out as fast as they can. Even faster if you make an appointment. Swift, professional, polite. I won't take my business anywhere else.

Update: I drove to the designated air station, and no one came outside to help for 10 minutes. I had to go inside again, and there were 3 guys inside standing around, not working.
I waited over 20 minutes just for some air in my tires

I blew out two tires after hitting a curb and this Discount Tire was the closest to my location. Curtis helped me out and was kind, courteous, and professional. It was also very close to closing time and everyone was still super friendly and willing to help. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Great experience!

What a blessing to know you can go to a business, someone so knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy can tell you what the best options are, give you options, then fix the problem and have you out the door and on your way. I'm pretty happy with this company. I bought 2 trailer tires for my camper and afterwards felt like I paid too much. I did a little research and found tires cheaper else where. Told discount tire about it and they actually price matched and refunded me 64 dollars.Thanks!

This is the 3rd and finally time I’ve had to use the lake jackson location and every time it was a nightmare. I was told it would be complete in an hour and fifteen minutes. Waited 2 to get my tires rotated and it still wasn’t done. I’ve spent way too much money with discount, this location needs new management, new employees and people that actually know what they are doing.
