My phone was recently repaired by Apple. Cricket could not connect my eSim to my phone for some reason.. Lily on their customer service team took the time to help me. The whole process took a little over an hour and she was patient with me and the apple care customer support team member on the phone. Thank you, Lily!

If you hear the words "bundled deal", run as fast as you can. My mother in her 60's went there to upgrade her phone and get the same phone my husband had. I told her approximately how much we paid for ours in Houston. She somehow walks out paying 100.00 more. The sales lady told her things are always cheaper in Houston, that's why. Not once did she say that the extra crap she was pushing was optional. They told her she HAD to get the screen protector, phone case and the Bluetooth speaker because it's a bundled deal. When I walked in with her the next day, they tried to tell me the same crap. So I said "You mean to tell me that in order to buy a phone", you have to buy 100.00 in crap accessories?" Only then, after calling her manager was she able to verify it would have been possible to buy only the phone. But oops, the receipt says all accessory sales are final. Too bad, nothing we can do. I like Cricket service and monthly payments. But steer clear of this store. Their accessories are wish.com fodder with a 60% mark up. You DO NOT have to buy that crap. I repeat, get your screen protector and case elsewhere. Buy the phone online and only utilize those hucksters to activate it if you have to. Go to Clute or Angleton instead, these people are soulless vampires.
