While doing my oil change I was offered a courtesy inspection. During the courtesy inspection they took pictures of my fluids, belts, and air filters and only recommended the items needed. It was a nice difference, total transparency.Services: Auto maintenance

I went to Christian Brothers Automotive for an oil change on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. They were friendly, had the appropriate oil and filter on hand, and were prompt in doing the work and an inspection of the general shape of the car. They suggested changing the engine air filter. Cost was $160.00.

My experience with Christian Brothers was fantastic, from the easy navigation of their website to the detailed estimate which was broken down by red, yellow, green. My vehicle is a 1992 Chevrolet I bought from my 83 year old Father, so it’s very important to me to preserve it. The wait was only a couple of days due to having to get a part in, but I was notified throughout the process & the work was completed very quickly. I’ve only driven the truck home, but as of yet no issues. I will definitely be back & believe I have found my go to Shop. Thank you team, the thank you card is just another feather in y’all’s cap & an example of exceptional customer service. Thank y’all again!

Best auto repair experience I have ever received. My car had numerous issues but now it drives as good as new and it is almost 10 years old. Dropped it off by appointment at 7am, from assessment to repairs it was done by 7am the next day. I will exclusively only go to Christian Bros from now on. Every aspect of my experience was of the utmost quality from beginning to end.

My wife took our Sequoia over for a Scheduled alignment. They ended up sending her away without performing the alignment. They told her all the tie rod ends were “froze” front and rear. Saying there was nothing they could adjust. So they sent her an estimate for nearly $3k to get it aligned.I guess this shop doesn’t know what heat is? I unfroze them myself on my garage floor at home with some map gas. Oh and only one fastener had any socket or wrench marks on it (front left tie-rod). The rest still had dirt and mud on them.I don’t think any effort was put into anything besides the $3k estimate. Taking it somewhere else for the alignment. Sadly you will have to start watching these guys. Definitely get a 2nd opinion before giving them your money!In this review I included one of their own pictures of a bolt that they stated was “froze” trying to get my wife to buy the $3k repairs. That bolt head is still covered in dirt/mud.........If your going to try and feed my wife a story at least knock the mud off the bolt your trying to say is “froze” ?.

Super friendly, courteous, and honest. Prices are slightly less than their competitors and my vehicle was ready as promised. The courtesy shuttle driver was super friendly. On 4-23-2024, I scheduled an appointment with Christian Brothers Lake Jackson Tx. I am a first time customer. As always, first impression is everything! Clint answered with respect, kindness and appreciation to be able to serve me. My vehicle service was very good... offering pictures and vehicle info (print out) of my car issues to be fixed... with no hassles.The Courtesy driver was also a 5-star! He was so nice and pleasant! We talked from Lake Jackson to West Columbia, Tx. A job well done!

Highly recommend Christian Brothers. Very welcoming and attentive. Price was reasonable for my oil change. Lobby was more like a Dr. office than an auto repair facility.
