She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.

He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Then in store Nora was very knowledgeable and helped me with brands and sizing to help me get in and out in a timely fashion. Thank you JCP for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff. “This mall has changed completely within the past few years - they've added a lot more stores and it's actually fun to go to now! They don't have tons of stores regular malls have, but they are trying!! I live in Manvel and my mom and I like to come here to shop to get away from our side of town. They have a Tj Maxx and HomeGoods that are connected, an Ulta right next door, Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, Buckle, Rue 21, Bath and Body Works, etc. They even have an AMC theater too! We just came here yesterday, on a Friday, and there was hardly anyone there. It's so chill and a good place to go to if you don't want to be in a huge crowd on the weekend.”
