I called today regarding the storage unit my husband literally threw all of my things in without my consent. I was told by the property manager she couldn’t discuss anything with me because my name wasn’t on the lease agreement. I explained to her that my husband and I were going through a divorce and ALL of my things and my sons, were getting ruined. I just needed to know how long the lease was for so I could figure out what to do with my stuff. I told her my husband left me the key and I had a text from him giving me the access code to it-but that we were now on no contact terms. She said, “best thing I can tell you if you have the key is to come get all your stuff out.”She was completely heartless towards my situation and just didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend their business. You shouldn’t treat people like transactions.
