I recently came to this store to buy a new phone and my recent purchase and experience definitely showed me that I should had ordered that moto edge + 2023 online.
And if the salesman that sold me this "not in the market yet moto 5g 2024 that definitely has the same features as the edge+ " reads this

It sucks that I let myself get pushed around in public because of my anxiety and introvert nature. But thank you for this great phone and experience.

Boost mobile as a whole is not a good company. There is no customer service to find resolutions for issues regardless if you go in the store or try over the phone. No one knows how to fix any issue. They do not care about the customer they only want money. I tried calling customer service and going into this location and no resolution. The in store rep was dishonest about pricing to try and get me to spend more. I was also told that nothing could be done to activate my sim but I could instead buy another new sim and pay activation and the first month service again! Why would anyone want to pay for one month of service twice! Why would a company even suggest that! It is really disturbing that they blatantly lie and charge for things that should not be charged for. I canceled my service and got a refund surprisingly. I will never try boost mobile again.

First, I had a hard time finding this store as the parking lot was empty and the sight of abandoned offices seemed to cluster together.. Inside the store the floors need some serious TLC or maybe Glu and a mop...lol... The gentleman working tonight was nothing short of professional and helpful as he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me the service I so badly needed... I would recommend this boost store over all of them!! I'm100% satisfied!!! Keep up the good work!!! ??
