My husband and I bought a patio furniture set at the Lake Jackson Big Lots store. The store mgr John actually was the person who helped us and he was great! The next day after we started assembling the pieces we ran into a problem. Luckily, when I called the store I spoke to the furniture department manager William who was so nice and helpful. I was able to run to the store and retrieve what we needed to complete the assembly. Thank you so much William, you and the other employees are the reason we continue to shop at Big Lots in Lake Jackson, Tx.

Went in looking for totes and a few other things. Everyone that works there is always so helpful and super kind. No complaints. They even joke around with us

Not a fan. The prices are cheap but so are the items. If you need something to last you a year until you can buy a better version then I guess it would be okay. The staff is friendly and the store is relatively clean so three stars.

Nice store always something new to look at, and I always find something I wasn't even looking for. When I can't find what I'm looking for this is a good store to try. They always have something.

This store is so much nicer than it was a year or more ago. Good selection, well organized, clean. I bought a really nice gift bag, tissue paper and birthday card for less than a card alone at other stores.

I've always enjoyed going into this store. I've never had to return anything until now. Buyers beware! If you don't have a receipt be prepared to pay $3.00 in stocking fee for each item you bring back. This policy stinks! I could have restocked the item myself if I could have. This customer is not a happy camper.
