So I made a appointment for me and my daughter they only had my daughters when I arrived my child needs her glasses but I'll definitely not be returning for either in the future

AUGUST 19, 2024 The antibiotic perscribed by Doctor Garrett worked great and my hubby was able to get back to work. Liz in the office also very smiley and helpful getting us set up for the next appointment. Thanks to our great team we can face the challenges of growing older with confidence. JULY 30,2024 My hubby saw Doctor Garrett for an eye infection. He clearly explained the possible causes and gave us a treatment plan that was simple and effective. The office is very clean and comfortable and Melanie and Amy also showed us compassion and personal interest. We have confidence we are in good hands and looking forward to my precious husband feeling better. MAY 20,2024 So glad we have a local Berkley eye center! We are thrilled they take almost any insurance and enjoyed excellent service with a smile first from Melanie. Then Doctor Jorge Garrett who is fluent in Spanish and thoroughly explained all my husband's options and plan for continued care along with his assistant Iris. Then Aurora helped us with beautiful frames and lenses. Showed us Big Men brand that fit just right. Looking forward to a long friendship with our new professional team of experts at our local Lake Jackson Berkley Eye Center location. Thanks again!

From Liz at the front desk, to doctor's assistant Melanie, then to Doctor Jorge Garrett these last 3 visits have been smooth and easy. Doctor Garrett accurately diagnosed my problem and helped me recover quickly. Welcome to Lake Jackson. So glad you are in the neighborhood with your excellent team of professionals.

Lengthy wait time in an overcrowded waiting room. Obviously overbooked and not capable to handle the amount of patients. Waited a reasonable amount then left. The sale to Berkley Institute was definitely NOT a positive move for Dr. Leidenlien's established patients. Finding a new ophthalmologist.

I was very pleased with the office staff and the short wait time. My exam was thorough and all my concerns were answered. Dr. Garrett took time to explain the results to my satisfaction. They have a great selection of frames. Can't wait to get my new glasses!

They were quick to call me back, friendly from check-in to check-out, and thorough with the exam. They explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and their findings. They listened to my concerns and offered solutions when possible. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Yang did cataract surgery on my husband's right eye. The results are great. Next month he will do surgery on the left eye. We will do another review after surgeries are done and results made.

Dr. Yang performed cataract surgery on me. Vision went from terrible pre-op to crystal clear after! Super happy with the result! Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my experience at Berkeley eye center. Everyone was informative and patient. Yolanda was very helpful and provided excellent advice for selecting the perfect frames. I went back for a quick adjustment, when I walked in, she remembered me, welcomed me with a smile and in a few minutes, I was back out the door with perfectly fitted frames.
