If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Pathetic bank. Does not trust customers despite the fact customers’ monies are used by banks to offer loans and do trades for their own business/personal gains. Verified my check with the issuing bank, only to hold it with the fraud department for a week, to verify it again with the issuing bank. Given the run around and misinformed by phone representatives and the bank tellers. Definitely do not recommend. That’s why they are soon to go out of business. No one wants to bank with them. I LOVE CAPITAL ONE! ?

I have zero complaints about this location. Great customer service and very attentive. Scheduled an appointment and was handled quickly and efficiently.

I hate this bank. Since they acquired BBVA/Compass, I have had nothing but trouble. First, they changed the routing and account numbers on existing accounts, so I had to change all of my existing direct deposit and bill pay settings. Another issue is that deposits aren’t immediately available unless you pay an additional fee. Finally, the quality of their debit cards is awful. I have been through 4 different cards with this bank because the chips just stop working.

PNC took over BBVA -- What a disaster!
PNC has issued new account numbers.
Some personal accounts were bungled.
Many commercial accounts did not make the trip into the new system.
You better verify any automated payments still work.
20 minute wait times to get with customer service and they cannot speak understanable English.

I sure wish I could give zero stars for this place there's a lot of lying and dishonesty going on inside this Bank. You can't even speak to anyone with corporate and if you try to email them forget it the message never sends because it says it's an invalid site. Kind of fishy there may I say something else is fishy is tell me how money disappears out of an account and they refuse to tell you why or how it happened or where it went to. If you value your money do not use this Bank.

The customer service here from each individual has always been great.Ashley helped me open my accounts, with personal loans, and Mobile banking issues during the switch from BBVA to PNC.I think it stinks PNC won’t let them have their framed photos of their family any more. No more personal items boo. I liked the home town feel it gave during my visit to conduct business.

I love BBVA bank. Good customer service. The employees are nice, friendly, an helpful. The BBVA app is awesome too.
