Because we asked him to cancel our.Insurance because we need it full coverage insurance and it was too high so we told him. We were gonna go look and find another cheaper. One cause all of them was too high and we have to cancel the insurance we had with.Then. What? He. Did not cancel? It and then? He. Called today? And said that we didn't cancel cause we have to sign and he refused to to listen and he says that he didn't say that and we know he didn't.Cause there's 2 witnesses that hurt him. I'm making a complaint because the guy isn't right in. Hes lying to his customers and I don't appreciate being lied to.

My monthly payment decreased by half. The process was easy and didn't take long at all. He even came in on a Saturday to help me.

Customer service at this place is terrible. Extremely disrespectful and argumentative they hang up on you and refuse to answer the phone. They told me that my policy renewed in august yet charged me in July with no notice when I asked why they said we sent you a letter so it’s not our problem. I never received any letter from them or the company. When I tried telling them and explaining that to them they were confrontational and rude. When asked to be placed on hold so I could speak with the agent who told me my policy renewed in august I was told they weren’t gonna put me on hold and tie up there phone lines and that they are there to make money like my business and my concerns were not important. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with to date. They are so shady I wouldn’t put it past them to retaliate against me for posting this review. Don’t get insurance here.

Yes, not one bit surprised you would make a reply to my comment like that! I kept our emails as well to prove how rude you were! Funny I never had ANY issues with your associate Angie. Matt. 7:1THANKS for being so rude...I saved a fortune with Geico!The owner of Apple was VERY rude and ugly to me! Would not reccomend them to anyone, EVER!

These guys really know their stuff. If you need affordable car insurance, I highly reccomend you give Chris or Angie a call. They are always more than happy to take the time to answer your questions. And their rates are very resaonable. Extremely friendly and their office is immaculate. I always leave there pleased. Two thumbs up.

I have had apple insurance for over 6 months and I love it, even with my 16 year old on my policy apple was the cheapest for me and my family..!! Also the staff in the lake Jackson office is always the sweetest and very professional..

I highly recommend Apple Insurance. Chris was able to get me auto insurance with identical coverages to my existing policy and SAVE me $1,100 a year! Do yourself a favor and give him a call.

The people who own apple insurance are rude and unfriendly. They are not prompt in helping you of need be. Yes they are the middle man with helping find insurance and most insurances they help you find are over 100 miles away. Did not appreciate anything they did in the year I used them
